$BTC can break 18000 USD within this year?

so many holder for BTC, very hard to break 18000 USD

How do you think about breaking 18000 USD within this year?

well its at 17500 right now, and plenty of people said it wouldnt even  break 10k, no reason to think that it cant.

what makes you think there's some sort of barrier preventing bitcoin from reaching the 18000 mark? it's just a number, there's nothing special about it. nothing special about 10k, 11k, whatever. no need to celebrate every time bitcoin hits some imaginary barrier in your mind.

It will certainly break the $ 18,000 wall next year maybe next few days or maybe before Christmas. For a lot of reasons, the main reason it can do this is that it accepts bitcoins on world trading floors.

so many holder will make the price increase right? Why still stuck between that price??
I think no big buyer involve this trading recently. Just opinion.

Bitcoin may go over $20,000 this year and before wesnesday next week it might be above  $18,000. Since yesterday that the resistance around  $17,500 was broken, I was thinking that it will break  $18,000 yesterday but the price have a little correction in the night. Bitcoin is gathering momentum in other to break  $18,000 and once that happened then expect it price to touch  $20,000 before another correction.

actually the news that bitcoin will rise to $ 20K it makes a lot of people buy Bitcoin. just say if a lot of ordinary people and big investors say that bitcoin will go down $ 1K, will those people buy Bitcoin and hold it? i think not

Still 15days to go and only less than $500 left to break $18,000 USD, bitcoin price is currently playing around $17,000 and I don't think it will not go higher in the coming days. Just hold and believe, we will reach it before New Year. Remember, people before don't think it will reach $10,000 this year but what happened? :)

It is very possible to break $18k. It's on sideways trend at the moment and some accumulation is going on, it has retraced and corrected in the last few days, so downtrend is not insight for now unless there's a major fud which is not likely.

Even surprising there are some exchanges hit more than $20k, but most of them are just small exchanges with low volume.
Holding at least till the end of this year would be the best thing to do right now, but I have no brave to buy some more tbh.

Yeah, it already went over 19k on coinbase earlier this month.

100% right more exchange site are already hit $18k+ within this year so by 2018 we can expect more on bitcoin hoping this will reach 30k to 50k$ I believe this will happen soon more and more country are now see the potential of bitcoin.

I have confidence that BTC will go to 18k maybe by tomorrow and then drop off a little bit on Sunday, unless we do see another rally up to 20k USD before XMAS. I am wondering and thinking also will there be another altcoin bloodbath or is a lot more capital flowing into cryptos that will most likely start another boom cycle for cryptarians? I see that portfolios around the block are looking much healthier than even a month back where we were still in an altcoin slump.

Based on what I have observed in the market, the value of bitcoins as of now is $18,148.83 with the increase of 3.56 % compared yesterday. And based on what I've heard, bitcoin is aiming for $20,000 by the end of the month. This coming year would be a shocking value to everyone and in my own opinion, holding your bitcoin will be the best thing that you can do for now.

Since the value of bitcoin reached $18,000 today then it's not possible that this amount of value is hard to break. One of the reason why some people keep on holding their coins is because of its capability of increasing its value. Most of us are predicting that we will reach 20,000 USD by the end of the month due to coming holiday like Christmas.

it is not like $18000 is too far away to catch up to! it is only ~5% away. the more important question is will it go up there and stay.

it has nothing to do with the rise. increasing demand or in other words the fresh money that keeps coming in bitcoin is what drives the price up.

maybe temporarily, fast rise and a fast drop afterwards. but it is impossible to say at this point after this much rise!

What are you even talking about ! Just Google and search for the Bitcoin price graph . Bitcoin had already crossed 18k few days back then it fell back down again soon after.
This is what I was talking about. 20k can be still thought of but I don't personally feel that it would cross that this year . I strongly feel that it will stick near 17-19 k USD .

Close now dude. We're almkst there and probably this week we'll.see bitcoin break that 18k wall. A lot of speculations indicate that btc will breach 20k bedore 2018 and so far, the pace of btc is primed to do just that. A good closeout of 2017 would be a great kickoff for 2018.

I think would be hard/difficult to be happen, maybe next year that is very much possible. But still we cannot say what will happen since bitcoin value was very unpredictable and we knew that all here isn't right?

At this moment the price of the bitcoin increased at 18k dollars and for sure it will continue to increase the price in the next few weeks. So it's better to those people have money in their wallet right now can buy bitcoin and to those people have bitcoin in their wallet the best you gonna do right now is to hold your bitcoin and wait the price to increase so you can make more profit . I believe before end of this year 2017 the price possible to become 20k dollars because the price will continue to increase.

Bitcoin have already broken the $18k limit. There is an  increasing demand for Bitcoin right now and this in turn is driving the price up further, next thing we are heading for is the $20k. I predict that to be either by last week's of the year or early next year.

Bitcoin rally is unstoppable. Max people predicted in the starting of 2017 that it would reach $2000 by the end of year. But see where we are. It is now taking leaps of 1000s every day. I would love to see it growing to $50,000 next year. There are several factors indicating that it will reach till there next year. Adding on future markets, possible listing as option of payment on eBay and several other factors shows that is has potential to double or even triple next year.

I think all possibilities could happen, a few weeks ago bitcoin nearly reached $ 20,000 and once again throw it away. But for a few days towards the end of the year I have a hunch that bitcoin prices will throw away again.

Take a look at the price of Bitcoin right now buddy :))). It's nearly 19k$ so that mean it broke 18k$ already. LOL. I think Bitcoin price will be 20k$ before the Christmas or maybe 25k$ :)). But I think the whales will not let the price of Bitcoin increase too fast, they'll try to dump Bitcoin price one more time before its price reach to 20k$

Currently the price is almost touching 19000 USD, so well finally 18000 USD has been broken this year. Hope there are no big whales that will dump bitcoin, though there may be a correction, hopefully at the end of the year bitcoin prices stay at 20+++ USD. ;D

The actual BTC price is above 18600$ and it is expected to keep rising, so this milestone is already done this year, before the end of 2017. Maybe even it will reach the $20k before the Christmas. We just need to hold and watch the price going up.

Bitcoin already did it, before today and also now again today. I think 22-25k will be achieved by the new year. For now the price is increasing steadily but I wouldn't be surprised to see a huge pump again soon.

BTC will reach $ 21000 this year. And it will continue to increase. Today it has exceeded 18,000 USD. and is priced at $ 19000. unbelievable. I sold my BTC for $ 9000. so sad :( :(

The most accurate prediction for bitcoin was breaking $20,000 this year and we're almost there. We're very close to $19,000 then Christmas will come to take bitcoin to higher regions.

As at the time of making this post bitcoin is over $18750 and it is still going up so don't expect $18,000 to be the highest in 2017. We are expecting a serious bullish trend as the breakout has happened and if I may speculate bitcoin may likely hit $25,000 before end of this year. I have read many speculation online saying  $20,000 will definitely be touch in 2018.

We just broke 18k today and we're very likely to reach 20k by the end of the year. If the price growth will continue throughout the remaining days then will surely get 20+k easily

Bitcoin has already hitting $19.000! and probably will keep rising up over than $20.000. Gladly i'm keep holding my bitcoin from $12k price.

It's going beyond $20,000 by Christmas, some point it will come back down and I think we are all hoping it will into 2018 before that happens.

And really btc has done this. btc has risen to $ 19k. I think if btc continues to rise then it will not exceed $ 20k. The higher the price, the lower the demand, so the transaction volume will also decrease.

I think it will hit $20,000 at the end of the year but who knows, bitcoin is really an unpredictable coin to follow.

The price of bitcoin already crossed nineteen thousand dollars and the rally will continue till the CME starts the derivative market and it is not a big surprise that the price is still rallying even though the price has risen so much in the past few months and keeps on going,and i am really curious to see how the market will react after the new year ,i hope we will see a big correction after new year.

Practically speaking send the bitcoins where you want them right now so that you can either sell them at peak point or hold them for life. It may reach 10x of what it is right now or everyone may sell them because of problems we are facing right now.

i think it will hit $22000 in the end of december 2017, now it gonna hit $20000. so that possible to hit $22k till the end of december. you do the right thing to hold your bitcoin, i'm sure the price of bitcoin will hit $30000 in starting of 2018. the investor keep curious about bitcoin instead of buy it as investment.

Today bitcoin proved me again that i am wrong. At first there is a doubt in my mind that it can hit $18000 but it hit and i think bitcoin is on his way to $20000 maybe tomorrow or in the coming days.

Bitcoin price value has now touched $20k. Its really surprising as before. I am sure it would break $25K within end of this year. We will hope there will be a tremendous price growth in 2018 as well though we keep seeing too many altcoins coming up in the market. Investors started looking at other altcions as well.

It is around 20,000 USD now, and the predictors are positive so far and it will go up again in next week as the whole world is seeing it touching record 25,000 USD before Christmas. The demand is really getting higher and higher with each day passing and people have started taking a lot of interest in discussions and how to get profits with minimum efforts. So Things for bitcoin are moving in a right direction.

Today has dumped price for bitcoin yet already breaks $18k. So by next year hopefully we were seeing btc price to $25k. Yes the demand is increasing daily and it means the price for bitcoin will soon bigger each day.

It is really quite hard to predict the price of bitcoin now, many bankers and analysts are warning crypto-currencies investors of the bitcoin bubble, and there might be a chance investors might see a huge price dip on bitcoin in the year of 2018 if the bubble really happen.

At the moment bitcoin trying to stabilize at 14k to 16k . i think we see bitcoin hit 18k at the end of this week , and we see more than 20k in the next year.

Why need to wait until next year because we already have seen in last week that prices almost went very close to 9K. There some prediction that still it may go around 8K and after that it may go up but not sure how long it takes again to touch that 20K mark. The predictors told that bitcoin will hit 10000 dollars till the end of 2017 but we saw that it already cross 19000 dollars and in the nest few remaining days it may reach 20000 dollars.

Pretty good chances for it to again break the barrier of 18k as it did until last week. Due to the Christmas things went upside down for the bitcoin but it is for the sake of goodness really. So most of the bitcoins market capitalisation is drained into banks of people and it can't reach out the prices of 18k so soon. But it's expected that people will get back to it once the good time is over and propel get out of their hangover really. ;-)

Yes it is true that BTC wil hit the record of $18000 in the new year. the price of bitcoin is now down but it will start it's journey in the new year and we will see that a lot of banks and other institutions will be ready to accept it from those the trust and interest of the people will develop and the users will be high they will use bitcoin for the payments of various commodities and products as well. The dollar is also improving it's value in our country the dollar value is also increasing at a high ratio.

Everything could happen on the real market, we don't have control about it. Btc can break $ 18.000 is impossible but I think will not happen this year, but next year is possible. Most people choose to invest ( hold ) btc, but btc can reach so high because there's so many people trade and built business use btc. It will soon be done. 18000$ is not the target. One bulk order can push it to 18,000$ in a matter of minutes. We first need the market stability, as everyone need to accept the current price and then we can move on to the next target and it will be way above 20,000$.

Now bitcoin is $16410, and only 4 days left in this year of 2017, So you could guess it is impossible that in this year bitcoin will come at $18000. But may be by chance it will happen, but i have no clear answer i guess only to see the situation and behalf of situation, it look hard to come within 4 days for bitcoin at $18000. But for bitcoin, it is not impossible price to cross the $18000. I am sure the next month bitcoin definitely come at $18000 and more than it.

As of now bitcoin is climbing maybe it can touch down again the 18k valued.  And im hoping this will be the good to time to buy even its fluctuated sometimes ,perhaps it will surge now after year end. 

I think for now we will see a crocodile tooth formation in Bitcoin and Altcoin trading for another month os so, with BTC ranging anything between a 13.5k support and 18.5k resistance, then I think from middle to end of February 2018, we should see more price action heading upwards for some prominent altcoins and Bitcoin. I am not GOD, so don't take my predictions too seriously, but who knows, I might be spot on or way off the mark rofl.  ;D I will be curious to see what happens but I think new years eve and new years day, whales will want to party again so we might see a massive crash again like the Xmas crash.

No, I do not think that Bitcoin can reach that target. There are only 4 days left to the end of this year. There is no news support to its growth.
