Note that I have just downloaded a Ripple Wallet (Toast Wallet) so please bear with me and I understand that I needed 20 XRP to activate my wallet.

Why don't you use bittrex or changelly and  exchange btc to XRP .It is easy ,safe and instant.
It may take much time here to find a trusted person who have XRP and will exchange at better rate

I really don't want to create accounts anymore, majority of the exchanges here needs to have their accounts verified in order to start exchanging. I am a little bit sensitive in giving my personal details in an online exchange. I hope you understand, and from what I know I am not violating any rules regarding the currency exchange section.
