Selling it in an exchange is the best way if you are saying the truth. I don't understand why he wants to sell BTC at so cheap price when the market price is around 20K. If you sell at 13.5K and buy at what price? No one will sell you below market price. If you still want to sell your bitcoins then forum is not a place to sell you have to go to a trading site like localbitcoins where you can sell your bitcoin for the market place. Try it! If you really do that then it is a huge mistake for you. Currently bitcoin is starting to rebound and I think you should now buy a lot of bitcoin rather than sell it.
