It looks like the transaction still hasn't been confirmed after several hours.

I'll try submitting to https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ in 15 minutes when the limit is reset, hopefully this will help.

Why don't you go to ViaBtc am sure with some luck, they will be able to accelerate your transactions but with the current backlog am sure the fees that you paid was very low so it is going to take sometime before t confirms maybe a day or two. Considering how generous they will be.

I did try, but even right on the hour change they still showed me this error "Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later."

I suggest trying again at this ViaBTC site yourself every hour, until you are able to find a time when it accepts your transaction.

The bitcoin blockchain is congested and transactions are taking longer than usual. It really depends on the fee you paid for miners.  If you paid a low fee, expect it to take longer than paying a higher than normal fee. They usually prioritize transactions based on the feed payed by the user.

Only 27 satoshis per byte. It's not much and you are lucky that the network isn't being spammed at the moment because i've seen transactions with higher fees, even 3 times what you have paid, being stuck for days with the counter showing "infinity". It should get processed within a day by the looks of it. Next time pay a larger fee ;)

First of all, the thread is in the wrong board.
The miners have better transaction to chose than yours because they only care bout their profits.
You can try accelerating this thread on your own.Check the services board for more help.
Pay a high fee from next time.

This transaction spends an output from an unconfirmed 3 sat/b transaction. You should want to accelerate that one first - the one after it cannot be confirmed until this one is.

https://blockchain.info/tx-index/306633150/1

Ultimately if you want both transactions confirmed you may have to do child-pays-for-parent or just wait it out.

Taras got it right. it's chained unconfirmed transactions. what wallet do you useblockchain.info wallet?
You should just drop both txs and combine them in 1 tx with 3 inputs and 2 outputs
Code:
1EiZrxMKo (0.0015495 BTC - Output)
1EiZrxMKo (0.00090318 BTC - Output)
1EiZrxMKo (0.00015555 BTC - Output)
15dxDGbeS - (Unspent) 0.00228433 BTC
19nEGTuvQ - (Unspent) 0.00010217 BTC
are those 2 outputs for making payments? 19nEGTuvQ is somewhat low amount
in:0.00260823 out:0.0023865 leftover:0.00022173 as tx fee... ~550bytes ~40s/B
and you can add another input if you want to increase the tx fee

How would I go about doing this?

Just wait it out. Your transaction is too small to pay any other fees. Wait it out and it'll eventually go through or you will see it back in your wallet and you can put the transaction through again.

are you using blockchain.info wallet? if you do, just wait it out like he said.
or if you know how to get the privkey of 1EiZrxMKo, you can import to other wallet/tool to create new tx.
if you are using bitcoin core or other wallet that can sign rawtx, it would be even easier to do this.

I am using blockchain.  I also have my own wallet.   How would I go about transferring?

It will return to the wallet after ~48-72hrs. Unless it does get picked up by the blockchain surplus block space, then it will send.

Transaction has been already accelerated by Antpool at [2017-12-17 21:03:23+00], please wait for the next mined Antpool Block.

Unfortunately, I can not do anything because one unconfirmed transaction showed up on one output dfeb11fa00a230e2cf1fa60c0136e94bbee5643e264aab2449005d25ba95e8b6 with commission (3 satoshi / byte). This is a very low commission and nothing will pass.

is that 1EiZrxMKo address existed/imported in your wallet?
if not, then you need to get the privkey out from bc.info and import into your wallet
if your bc.info wallet is the new HD wallet, you need to use third party tool to extract privkey by using the backup seed
don't do this before you understand the risk and technique to do it  :-X
