I am new to crypto. I transfered bitcoin from my Coinbase to Bitconnect wallet on 11/17 night . I did not notice that Bitconnect site was down at that time. I can see my transaction confirmed by 80 people in blockchain but I do not see the coin transferred to Wallet. I emailed their support still waiting for the answer did not receive any message yet. Post by: buwaytress on December 19, 2017, 08:34:02 AM Unfortunately, I don't think anyone here can help you. Transaction is confirmed, so they have definitely received it, if the address was correct. If I'm not mistaken, Bitconnect wallets are not actual clients, what you see on your account balance is just their software showing you updated numbers from their own wallets (ie. if something goes wrong with their database, you won't see the right balance).
The technical issue is on their side and can only be resolved by them. You just have to keep contacting support with the full details of your issue. Also, the transaction was made yesterday, not 11/17, and confirmed in 1 minute, so perhaps you just need to wait for Bitconnect to credit you with the coins. |
