This is growing increasingly frustrating because I may be moving within a month or two and want to be sure I recieve it at the current address.
I have an email from walletbit confirming correct info and they recieved my order: Code: Adam Harding <support@walletbit.com> I can also provide proof that I own the Address related to the transaction. I can't believe avalon are about to ship batch 3 and yet we can't get anyone to help my friend get his batch 2 order.

My lawyer is drafting a letter that will be sent by certified mail to BitSyncom LLC's registered agent in Nevada. There doesn't seem to be any other way to reach them. By the way, forum staff, there are enough of these reports to support a scammer tag. Only one shipment was sent outside China 4 weeks late, which now looks like a PR stunt just to calm down angry customers. My group buy organizer is waiting 4380 BTC worth of Avalon chips. Does not warrant any response from Mr. Yifu. And sadly I paid in Bitcoin. all in all, I'm glad I got my device, but I am beyond dissatisfied with avalon as whole because I should have recieved this unit long ago. I also would like to thank xiangfu, without him I'd probably still be in ASIC limbo.
