Title: Transferred ETH into Yobit.net, and it's not showing up! Post by: mattbeeler on December 19, 2017, 08:03:41 PM I transferred ETH into Yobit.net over 24+ hours ago, and they are not depositing the ether into my account.

By the sounds of it, it could be weeks - if ever - that customer service would respond to my inquiry. I suppose this is the downside of blockchain transactions; no central authority to help with issues such as this. The ether will just drift in cyberspace for infinity.

The "better" option is to wait since only contacting Yobit support can state what really happened. Even they have an official thread here, it's useless and they are unresponsive. They are the only who can looked at your transaction. Not just you, but even some of my friends have stuck crypto deposit (btc, eth, etc) and withdrawals too for about 24 hours now. Your transaction was successfully executed so it means it doesn't have to do with the current network of ETH. Sorry but you just have to wait even it will turned you into rampage mode. Many exchanges do not seem to have adequate staff to respond to queries taking from 10 days to several weeks to respond. Most of them are backed by VC firms and seem to have adequate funding to outsource customer services and after sales services but dont seem to. Is it because they dont care for clients anymore due to the large volumes of transactions?
