You can verify this data yourself by looking at http://luke.dashjr.org/programs/bitcoin/files/charts/software.html. Bitcoin Core 0.13.1 and above (so BItcoin Core 0.14.x, Bitcoin Core 0.15.x, etc.) all support segwit.
