Do you even know what a replace-by-fee or Child-Pays-For-Parent transaction is?

Miners have (other then confirming them) nothing to do with them. You yourself should broadcast them, not the miners.

What exactly are you offering 100$$ for?

AdolfinWolf: I have little to no idea what they are. Just did some research on stuck transactions. I have 2 BTC transfers that are stuck with I guess low fees and an unconfirmed parent. I'm looking for someone who can verify my transactions immediately for a compensation of $100. I'm just trying to get my funds before Christmas. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Do you control the sending address and what wallet did you use?

Yes, I sent them from my hitBTC wallet to my Exodus wallet.

I don't think there is anything you can do as you do not control the private key from your hitBTC wallet.

If you're willing to pay 100$ to verify your transaction, you could consider using a paid accelerator (although i deem them a waste of money), See https://pushtx.btc.com/ for example.

Price of accelerating is probably highly depending on the amount of bytes your transaction is. This is probably, (next to waiting), the only option you have, as i don't think hitbtc supports the sending of CPFP/RBF transactions?
