Now a new TX will be created with a higher fee and will be imported to a new change address created by Electrum causing the miners to pick the TX with the highest fee and old one to drop. (CPFP or Child Pays For Parent Transaction) If you decode the TX here https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/decodetx/ You`ll see that he`s trying to steal my coins by adding his BTC address within his TX So racquemis is a scammer and trying to steal peoples coins. I will also report the PM to admin too but I wanted to let people know here so maybe someone will will mark him negatively which will warn people against him.
