Coinurl is an advertising site. Most likely, someone was using Coinurl to advertise malware and Chrome picked up on that.

I suppose I should read this entire thread?  I'll try that later

For now, my browser continues to not let me look at it.  Should I just click go forward or something?  Or is it best to wait until "the problem is fixed" or will that be never?

Well Mc-Lovin said the ad is gone so it should be fine
The viral ad is gone but the warning still remains type of scenario lol
