8/8/13 AsicMiner Promo 0.10 btc pricing - My promotional inventory has been distributed to all my past customers at the 30% rate. You should have been contacted by me and allowed to purchase 30% of past 0.89 btc+ orders from me at the 0.10 btc price. I was told to handle the 30% promo with my customers as I see fit. Thus, ALL(not the last 30%) past 0.89+ btc orders qualify for the 30% promo, not just the last 30% of orders(which would have been unfair to everyone as the last large order I placed was for my own personal use). If friedcat allows 100 % promo on all orders at 0.89 btc and above, I will pass the savings on to my customers. Everyone that is entitled to promo units will be able to purchase them. Quick update. I have been packing and mailing miners for last 16 hours! Orders #1,2 and 3 are shipped or will ship by Thursday.#4 and #5 will be packed and shipped by Friday!

How long does it take you to receive the shipment from China?  Are you using EMS to get them quickly?  I may be interested in about a week; currently waiting for two that I had ordered prior.

One question: Can I choose to delay the shipment to a specific date?

Your prices are great and I wish to order two, but I want my question answered first. It's got to do with a little private matter. I wish to delay my order. I can pay now, but can I fix a specific date for shipping of the ASICs?

Since I am "delaying" my order, I don't think I need priority shipping, so can I cut down on the shipping costs? Tracking would be useful, as well as insurance, but a 0.85 BTC shipping cost for a 0.45 BTC miner sounds a little ridiculous.

he's legit.. sold over 1000 units previously (100+ to me) so he gets the reseller discount... instead of keeping it for himself he's passing it along and making much less than btcguild or others... its a great thing hes doing so keep up the good work

group buys were meant to be 'near cost' with the op making a little for processing and time but its become a major profit center lately. its good to have someone selling in the spirit of near-cost group buys like SSB...

People were buying the coins to purchase them from ASICMiner...causing the demand to go up.
Now that ASICMiner is not shipping(new orders until they get caught up) people aren't buying them as much...demand going  down.

I'm glad to see that I am not the only one to think that this is what has happened this week. I wanted to buy more BTCs to get BEs at their new cheap price. While I was waiting the 3-4 days it took for my money to reach the exchange, I have seen the BTC jump from 85$ to 95-100$.

Note to myself.

1. Use the ASicMiner out of stock situation to buy more BTCs (and perhaps sell some during the next ASICMIner price reduction)
2. If I were friedcat and I wanted to exchange a large sum of BTCs for fiat, I would announce a big rebate on my products to stimulate demand and have a good price...

I purchased four erupters on Aug. 2, did pm and included message with transaction including shipping info.  How will I get confirmation that you have the order, other than Coinbase confirmation?  Coinbase verified completion, but all I see from coinbase is the hash number under details which I also sent with pm.

I am a Canadian SSB customer.

Some American resellers do not even bother to make the difference between Canada and other International destination (ie Australia).

I did receive a shipment from SSB. It came in big box. Shipment in general isn't cheap. Pretty sure, he isn't making money out of shipment or if does some, it is fair for the time and effort it takes to prepare the packages.

Also note that shipment fee is pretty much flat. Sure if you get only 1 usb miner, this is going to almost double your price. As you order more, the shipment fee become less and less significant.

SSB prices are, IMHO, very competitive but feel free to find a better offer and if you find it report it back but IMO, SSB is the best. You'll have a hard time find a better deal.

SSB Delivered a properly packaged box with all the miners still sealed in their little boxes. The payment for shipment was well worth it for the 11 miners I bought.

Had very good communication and he sent the tracking number almost instantly.

then again...if you bought into btc when they were mere dollars or pennies, this strategy may pay off esp. if you mine alt sha256 coins with them when its no longer profitable to mine btc.

I forgot what you mentioned, but for the previous buyers (who have already paid for the promo pricing) is there an order number or an estimate? Are those orders clubbed with the orders here and shipped accordingly or is that completely different? I wasn't sure which order number I was in.

If you paid for the promo pricing after contact by myself, it will/has been shipped with any order you may have placed. If you paid for it, you will get it.

My promotional inventory has been distributed to all my past customers at the 30% rate. You should have been contacted by me and allowed to purchase 30% of past 0.89 btc+ orders from me at the 0.10 btc price. I was told to handle the 30% promo with my customers as I see fit. I'm just gonna write here a sentence or two about my order. I ordered 5 of those bitcoin miners and I was really happy with the attitude of this seller. The power consumption is 83Watts per blade in room temperature on rated clock and voltage.

Modularity Each blades consists of a hasher, a power module, and an Ethernet controller. Each of them is easily replacable.

Independence The blades can be directly plugged to the internet and mine after configuration, with no host PCs needed.

Quick Installation The setup is almost self-explained. After assembly and powering up, access 192.168.1.254:8000 from your PC for configuration.

Safety Fusing and polarity protection are built in the power module.

Notes

Heat Dissipation Our blades work well un-crowded without fans on room temperature, but it is recommended to supply some airflow to the heatsink.

Over-Voltage For overclocking, you will need to adjust the trimmers on the power module to increase the voltage output.

Power Supply Please make sure you have an external source of 12V DC voltage output and at least 10A current output to power up one blade.

Internet You need the internet access via network cables if you want to plug the blades directly to the internet.

  1. Fans are not accompanied with blades anymore. They were more or less intended to serve as a help of quick setup and mining testing for users who haven't got proper cooling yet, but turns out to be quite misleading by making people think the fans are powerful enough to cool the (already)over-voltaged and (easily)over-clocked blades.
