I would like to know if there's any member offering a service for making a new coin. I'm certainly not an expert when it comes to cryptocurrencies, so I don't know which technology would be more efficient to solve the problem. We are looking to create a reward system for a webapp, in order to offer the coins in exchange of information: 1) We're planning to give out a certain amount of coins per registration 2) and finally transfer coins each times that a user posts a new entry on the system, after manual verification. We would require to complain with all the requirements to trade the coin in Bittrex. Thanks a lot for the advice; Kind regards; Chris C.
