If you Google, you will find there was a Patch which could remove 21 days hold and other limits on Paypal accounts.
Since this patch doesn´t work anymore, it is published on askpin.

Now I will, for obvious reasons, not post the patch, nor will I do to the ones who use my service. I want to make some money of it.

The question if it is legal or illegal is for you to answer. If there is a bug in the Paypal system, is it legal or illegal to exploid it ?

I have never found anything that has been "patched" because of a bug in PayPal's system. I have used PayPal for years now and have searched methods for hours on how to get rid of 21 day holds and every single time the only thing that comes up are people saying it is not possible to get rid of it unless the buyer marks the product as shipped/delivered.

Also how can you get rid of the 21 day hold if you never log into the PayPal account or contact them via the persons PayPal? That makes no sense. Is it a method you know or something I'm so confused.

This was not instantly but within an hour I got some help from this guy and the hold was magically released.

I bought from that link too and after payment you will see a file saying "contact me by PM" but after that....no replay at all!!!

This to me is one of the dumbest service offerings I have seen. I use paypal infrequently when I sell something on ebay.

When I started selling items between 100-600$ the hold was there for my new account, and as soon as my tracking information showed it delivered, funds were released within 3 days. I did have to call so that they would release the funds.

After 2 deals my hold was gone, and funds were instantly available for withdrawal.

They did put the hold back on when I sold something for 3000$, but again once delivered, they removed the hold within 3 days, again I called but they told me they take it off 3 days after delivery anyways.

So the only reason anyone would need your service is if they are going to scam someone and want to try and disappear with the money.



I don't know what his magic trick is supposed to be to get your funds released early but I doubt it's worth the 12.50$.

As I said, on this very same forum, there was a similar working way around the 21 days hold.

For what reasons people need to get their 21 days hold released is their responsability but I want to add that the hold can be very annoying and in my experience, the hold is not always fast lifted after filling in the tracking details. For new accounts, in my experience, it indeed doesnt take 21 days, but still can take up to 10 days after filling in the shipping details.
 Also, this 21 days hold does not go away after 2 or 3 sales. This can be different for other countries, but Paypal in my country puts every payment on hold during the first 60 days AND 10 succesful transactions. This is clearly visible when you go to Resolution Centre where it states that.

I don´t feel to argue with a person who has quite a bad history here and took advantage from other forum members.

does this work on US accounts? and even if i never made a transaction before and the account is only a day old?

It works on US accounts, yes, also if your account is just 1 day old.
What cán be a problem with new accounts is that it will not let you send or pay for goods in some cases and it will give the message ¨Sorry, we can´t send your payment right now¨but this is a well known Paypal issue that has nothing to do with this. So try to send smaller amounts or wait a bit and try again.
I am hoping for more reviews. Just be patient, they will come eventually

OK this error is there someway to bypass it by doing a couple small transactions before you do what you need to do? Or is this error temporary and something that clears up or is at random from time to time that you will get this?

This is completely random but Paypal uses it more and more. They don´t want new accounts to move their money too fast but it clears up after a day mostly.
Just don´t send too much in a short time span.

This guy is a scammer,   I sent him using his link on selly, and then a PM, but never received a replay from him and money still with 21 days hold.

I was out for a few days.

Service still working, except for UK and German accounts. I can´t figure out why it links me to a non-existent page. (the process is really quite simple).
I try to find out.

The next time if I need your service I will make some screenshots of the process and post my review, although he doesn´t tell you all.
