Hello guys. 9 days ago, i wiped my phone and when i tried to enter my Poloniex account 2FA code it didn't work. Even i have 16-digit key and barcode for 2FA, codes that i entered from google authenticator to poloniex still doesn't work, it says incorrect code. i snyced my google authenticator. I opened a ticket in support center and its been for 9 days and still no any answer. I think you should stay away from poloniex, their support team sucks. I don't know what to do right now.

Can you try importing your 16-digit key to another 2fa app? preferably to a different device for example Authy, its available in both windows and mac as well as on google chrome (extension). I imported mine in authy's (GC extension) a while ago and it works fine  ???

Their support really sucks, I believe even waiting for a month to get a reply is still fast considering that it's polo

thank you guys, i tried authy and chrome extentions but they didn't work, they generates codes like my phone does but in poloniex i still get incorrect error. Also i tried authenticattors in 3 different phones. they always reads barcode or 16 digit code, starts generating 2FA codes but codes doesn't work in poloniex.

Seems like your only option now is just to open a support ticket but I'm sure you have heard the fact that they are very slow to respond so expect a longer waiting time.
Just make it as detailed as possible; don't forget to mention things that you already tried.

Ok. Today support answered, and I done many verification steps.. Finally have an acsess to the Acc. Scary story... Be prepared to send all done deposits/withdrawls numbers!

How long did it take to answer your ticket? the support still havnt answered mine....

I'm in the same boat...did a factory reset on my mobile and even though I reinstalled Google Authenticator it won't log me in. Tried with Authy as well, still nothing. Been waiting on my ticket for more than two full days now, how long did it take to get yours solved? Thanks.

To solve this problem you have to resett the time on your computer/laptop and your Phone to the California time zone. ;)
