hi!
i prepared jaxx to receive and change BTC to other coins.
i sent BTC from electrum to jaxx. adress is correct. (268 confirmations)

it never appears in jaxx. not in vers. 1.2.4.1, not in vers. 1.3.9, not on different devices.
i set up electrum with the seed of jaxx, my BTC appears, but "Not Verified"
what is wrong? how can i use my BTC in jaxx?

A not-verified transaction in electrum is normally a server connection issue.
Just go onto preferences and change the network settings from autoconnect and change the servers you're connecting to. Ensure you get a node with the full number of blocks.

If the jaxx wallet stores a banlist/network file, backup the entire data directory and then delete that file. Then reload the wallet app and see if that fixes it.

now it seems verified in electrum (green hook)

i had to reinstall the wallet any times from the seed (bec. of winX, phps. UAC)

in the roaming folder? named? banlist.dat? i dont find such thing.

It would either be in the roaming or local folders if it's the Windows appdata folder then yes, there it should be.
Or it may be in the place where ytou installed the wallet application. I have no experience with jaxx however so I'm afraid I have no idea.

If you really need to fix it and you can't do what I've suggested then import it as a bip39 seed into electrum or you could put in your MASTER PUBLIC KEY into electrum and see if the transaction appears from there.
