They really have many problems, as you posted, there are more problems as you will be able to sell token when you leave something in your account.
i was facing problem in hitbtc  but they return my money after 4 days later.

I think you are just having miners fee issue because they announce they experienced difficulty due to high demand in their side..
Check this https://blog.hitbtc.com/introducing-deposit-fees-for-bitcoin/
Because of huge fee increase for every transaction from past few weeks there are lots of customers are having the same as yours..
So try to contact them and wait for their responds here https://support.hitbtc.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Some of my friends have recently withdraw on HitBTC and all goes smoothly. As for my own experience, never did have a problem about withdrawals but my last withdrawal to them is almost a month ago. (Im talking about BTC here, never did withdrawal of any other currency). May we know what coin is that?

Im hearing complaints recently about HitBTC not just on withdrawals but on any matters.

Looks like you triggered their alarm as you stated, you withdraw "large amount".Hope it will resolved soon as I feel your frustration.

I used to trade on Hitbtc, and I never traded there again for the exact same reason. The withdrawal system sucks very much! It took half a day to withdraw just about 0.17BTC from the site, and that is not because of the blockchain. It was because they only sent the transaction after that half day. At the time I needed the funds and hence they caused me some problems.

My withdraw is stil pending about two weeks, it is not BTC, it is XEM, support cannot help - they answer me that i should wait, days goes but nothing changes, transaction with hash wich shows for my transaction was never been in XEM network! So my funds still not leaving HitBTC! Searching same problem on Google i found that there are many many people like me, which having pending transaction for many weeks and nothing changes for them, so i think that either HitBTC was hacked and withdrawing transactions just stoled by hackers or it is stoled by HitBTC by itself, there are no other variants to think, but both of this variants are make to HitBTC very bad reputation

Its horrible. creating a fake transaction hash is like stealing at very next level. I have most of my holdings at HITBTC and seeing this behavior I think I have highly risked them. Until now I have had a very smooth experience with HitBTC.

Didn't you tell the support that there is no such hash located in the block explorer as they have given it to you? I mean this must be your very prompt response if you know it.

I writed to support, they answered that they working on that problem and i must wait, that's all.

So if you will do withdraw do it by small amount and see result - if it done ok then do another, so one by one small withdraw,
but i think it would be better to wait couple of months until they solve they problem, but it has another risk - no one knows what be with that exchange when couple of months pass, if they has such problems now could it be that they problems through a couple of months will be a much bigger
