As the title says.. I´ve been searching around the help section and screwing around with settings, but how can I get alerted when someone quotes me in a thread? Kinda annoying to go back and read every answer in every thread to look for response...

You can't. The only kind of "notification" you can enable is the notification on new posts in a specific thread or forum board.

This feature will probably be available in the new forum software that should be releasing in the future. No ETA yet.

Same question. Bitcointalk forum should add more function, I need alert too.

Are you clicking show new replies? Once you do that just
Scroll down to look. Not too hard. Unless your referring to the super long ones.
Also number of pages can be sorted so you can sort by last page and see recent ones that way.

I dont know if this is what you are looking for, but when i want to read someone's reply i click on show new replies to your post on the top left of this site. I think you can also activate a notification by email but i have never done that so im not completely sure about that. I hope i could help you, good luck.

I think you can be still see if you click the button link above near to your avatar its look like this "Show new replies to your posts."
So you can see the quoted or any reply from the thread..
I was also looking for notification but there is no option. Show new replies  to your post will be a good option for this..
