Hello altcoin marketplace peeps!

I know i should probably do my own research instead of asking people online, but i'm having a hard time deciding and am looking for good advise on which better to trade my 2 BTC for. Do you think i should trade it for DeepOnion or just hodl it for now in bitcoin.

Don't put all of your bitcoin to one altcoin, no matter how strongly you believe in that project. That would be stupid. If you really want to go into altcoins than choose more than 1

I think if you just have a small amount of cash to buy coins, then you should buy Deeponion, it's value maybe goes to zero, but it has potential to soar up to a price very high. I the past two weeks, the price of Deeponion has doubled.

If you have a large amount of cash to invest coins, you can use a small part to buy Deeponion, use most of the cash to buy Top 10 coins like bitcoin or Ethereum.

It is always important to balance the benefit and risk.

Putting all your bitcoins into one single altcoin is stupid. Diversify at least a little bit.
Don't get me wrong, Deeponion has potential but so do dozens of other coins who are backed by actual big tech companies.

It does not matter what you have at the moment, you would make a choice of assets based on your risk preferences and expectations of benefit. Deep Onion is not better or worse than Bitcoin, just another option for investment.

If you have 2 bitcoins in your wallet right now better if you hold your bitcoin because they have possible the price of this coin will increase more.  So if you convert your bitcoin to deeponion and once this altcoin decrease you lose some profit.  Unless you keep holding your bitcoin and wait the price to increase again to make more profit in the future.  But it's your choice if you want to hold or convert it to altcoin.

Of course, if I were to compare Deep Onion and bitcoin, I would choose bitcoin to invest, because bitcoin had better stability and profitability for me.

Keep holding your 2 Btc! I believe the price is going to the moon next year. It could hit $25000 in 2018.
Altbough deep onion also has a big chance to go up high and good for investment, bitcoin is still above it.

My suggestion is: Hold one bitcoin and trade with the second! Start reading through the announcements make a trial account on coinigy and look at the charts daily weekly for example. Buy the bottom and sell on the way up! Its not hard just dot fomo and dont buy the top! There are mayn great projects here no need to limit yourself and only hold bitcoin!  ;)

I haven't researched about this project yet but I think using TOR network to hide you is a great advantage in terms of Untraceability.
Will do my research then HODL this.

As for me I never really know much of Deep Onion.I did have some of bitcoins from the campaigns that i did join in.But the problem of it is its price whether it will be high now or low later.But try to hold bitcoins after all we do not know what will happen.

I think the best option is to keep Bitcoin, but this is purely my opinion. And if you want to buy DeepOnions, buy 20% of your available funds and be happy) No one will be able to say exactly what will happen tomorrow therefore only the diversification!!!!

DeepOnion is also a great altcoin and bitcoin also is a great coin to all investors...but if i were going to choose which of the two is the most profitable, I would choose BITCOIN.

Buy DeepOnion with 0.5BTC if you must and then HODL the 1.5BTC.  At least it won't be a total loss if you end up losing it all with DeepOnion.  BTC is here to stay and will likely increase soon to a new ATH.

Although the both are essential, I would prefer BTC because in lesser time Bitcoin will come up but mostly if getting  deeponion for now will help I think one have to buy it which is (buy on green and then sell on Red).

DeepOnion has increased in value since a friend bought me at $ 0.4 it has risen very high. Programmers love to deal with anonymous transactions and hide their IP addresses. DeepOnion has a strong dev team, Let's see it soon reach the top 100 and top 50. I believe it will happen soon.

I think this comparison is not fair because compare bitcoin and deeponion and i know the answer is bitcoin.
But i will also prefer to hold 1 bitcoin and another 1 bitcoin i will split into some different altcoins.

Comparing bitcoin to Deeponion would be very much.But i would prefer holding bitcoin rather than deeponion.Some say that deeponion a scam but i think that i can be a good coin.

Deep onion is not a bad coin but at this high price I would recommend you to sell your Onions and hold your bitcoins and wait to rebuy onions at a low price.

bitcoin is a good choice. bitcoin is the right coins to invest in long-term and certainly profit generated from own bitcoin is enormous. therefore investing in bitcoin is perfect.

I think you should widen your portfolio and not just focusing on one coin. Your 2 btc should be diversified to at least 5 coins, hold some BTC and trade the remaining to other altcoins.

+1 on that opinion. This is a technological market that is now in full growth and experimentation, so it is likely that much more sophisticated coins are going to rule in a few years.

You can invest in defferent ways deeponion and btc then in bitcoin hold it and have profit at the same way so you can gain profit in same way to and to deeponion your profit is safe and in good privacy.

Both are good investment btw, deeponion markets anonymity while bitcoin markets stability. As always don't put your eggs in one basket.

I don't know and did not read about DeepOnion much but the way I understand it is just another privacy coin using the Tor network or isn't it? Did they built their own protocol or still using existing ones.

I think yiu should invest on bitcoin. The price will high in the future. Deepcoin also good investment but the price is high, if you hold it you will get loss. So bitcoin is good choice.

If your thinking to hold for a long time or such period of time I would definitely suggest you to invest your 2BTC on DeepOnion. I'm not a DeepOnion fan but think carefully when BTC was at its peak like $20k Onion was also at $18. Look at the price of BTC now if BTC will go back to its peak ($20k) you would double your money plus and if Onion also follow (as we know if BTC starts its bull run alts also follow) then you could get a x5 or x7 or x8.

This is just "what ifs" I could be wrong and I could be right. Just follow your gut where would you get a better profit in the long term.

Deep onion is very good coin the best part its privacy but bitcoin is king .bitcoin is in market since 2009 and it took many years to reach the high and to establish in market Deep onion is new in market it will take a long time makebhigh but I have doubt it will high as bitcoin

in my opinion , you should hold 1 btc in bitcoin and invest 1 btc in other project . deeponion looking very odd coin .
