Title: NEO wallet Post by: Iyanu14 on December 28, 2017, 05:35:07 PM I opened a neo wallet and everything was done without internet connect i would like to know if that is normal probably that is how neo wallet are generally, even the key the public address were generated offline. Please i want to know if that is ok.

Please i want to know if that is ok. You don't need internet connection to generate an address. You need internet connection to download and interact with blockchain (e.g. send transactions).
