Title: Raiblocks seems to do well
Post by: bituperio on December 29, 2017, 06:29:38 PM
This coin seems quite interesting technically. Does anyone have comments about it? Speculations on price?

RaiBlocks might be the biggest thing in the crypto space since Bitcoin.  It has a bright future.  I think it will be the standard way of transferring money across exchanges and is right now the only crypto that is ready for real world adoption.  Meaning that it can handle 7000 transactions per second and can do it in 1-2 seconds.  That's faster than Ripple and it's decentralized which is crazy.  Also there isn't a company like Ripple which holds mosts the coins.  Or even an ICO or big whales..

It will be a top 10 coin in 2018.  Price $75 sometime in 2018.   I am being conservative!

There are lots of people who got it cheap and will gradually sell off their coins for profits are different price points.  They are going to lose out on bigger gains but this is natural.  I would start accumulating through dips.  This is a long term investment.

Dumb people sell this.  Smart people are accumulating.    One of the seed investors in Coinbase (biggest exchange in the US)  thinks it's awesome and is buying this right now:

Agree strongly with all of what is said. Buy and HODL for sure. Ripple has a Mcap thats 38 times larger, if raiblocks can become equivalent to ripples Mcap, one raiblock can be worth $570. Im not saying this will happen, and certainly not anytime soon. But I am willing to bet a few BTCs that, one day it will.....

Also want to add, A LOT of people got this really cheap but MORE people got it FREE through solving capchas.  This coin might be the most evenly distributed coin ever.  The development fund is only 7 million  out of the 133 million.  The creator wanted to distribute these to developing world countries and I read somewhere he made it a point to distribute it to Venezuelans.

People need to eat and they will sell which will bring some dips.  But this is much much better than some greedy devs, some ICO whales or a greedy company like Ripple holding most of the coins.  This distribution combined with the revolutionary tech makes this a long term hold.

Accumulate some now and slowly through the dips.  This should be some part of your long term portfolio.

It will do well alright but the price is kinda high right now if you ask me. I will wait for a better time and buy at that point because if the tech is good it will for sure have another run up, only thing we should we should be concerned with now is our entry sat price. If that is good then the outlook is golden.

DAG coin just like iota and raiblock has very good performance, how it can become an alternative if you are feeling tired by using the blockchain due to the high fees and then you cna try to move into the dag system to get a zero cost for your transaction. It looks the price will still grow as the more people are realizing it as best alternative to get very cheap fees.

But at the moment is not spread across is it? at the end of the day you need to have pairs with as many coins as possible, just quick and cheap transfers are not enough on itself to make a great coin.

Do you think that I should take a position on this coin now or that it makes sense to wait until it grows and is less risky, even if that means loosing some profit chances.

Any info when XRB can hit major exchanges? I think it will be a major gamechanger for that project!

Do you think this is a healthy pump, due to news and good work on alliances or is just artificial?

So rail blocks is better than IOTA is that what are you suggesting? I see it has no fees, free transactions which is awesome! How private it is I tend to think privacy coins are way to go like Verge, zcash and some others, this is why I haven't been interested in iota in the first place because I will have to use mixing service that will have its own fee plus on top of that mixers are centralized.

Oh, I would need a bit more of information than a "buy!", but thank you for the tip he he. In any case, at the moment it looks a bit dificult to buy.

I think the only drawback is the wallet, which is not very user friendly and has problems syncing. The Byteball wallet is more advanced for example.

But still - 0 fees and speed!

XRB is already on Binance's radar. It will be on a voting poll to be listed on Binance. I have no doubt that it will perform well and Binance will list them in the near future.

So Raiblocks is fast and cheap, but does it go talking about your business when you get done using it?

My doubt is if this project is open source or not. Eventually if it is open source and has such a great performance it may be forked, or more properly said, versioned instead of used by large corporations.

I tend to disbelieve when any coin at all is provided "without fees". The transactions, the infrastructure and many other things have a cost and eventually the user has to pay one way or another. Else, someone is not getting a fair deal.

Raiblocks has been growing steadily and steadily over the past few years, confirming its position in the cryptocurrency market. Raiblocks' upcoming enhancements are sure to bring many of the breakthroughs that have helped Raiblocks grow. I invested in Raiblocks at $ 5 and I still do not intend to sell.

I guess railblocks are starting to increase their value, on the first time I see that coin it was a very low low price especially when I do captchas but now their value have a good and it seems very competitive in the market. I was not shocked if one day this coin raised up their value like waves or any of the coins.

I expect a lot from this coin this year. I bought it at the end of last year, I recently bought it. I am sure of good growth.
