i have a question, if a pay viabtc service, it will get confirmed, 100% guarantee? my fee was too low, i made a mistake. If you pay viabtc service which is 0.01btc and I don't have any idea why do anyone has to use it, you will get confirmation or money back. Another way is pushtx.btc.com and they can offer low fee sometimes but usually none of them worths to pay.
