Hi Guys,

We are  ;D excited to announce the launch of our token swap event happening over the next few weeks. After spending a gargantuan amount of effort and work bringing to life this project, we want to share with everyone this news! As such, we would like your honest opinions (constructive criticisms are welcome) to help us make this a success.

Who is Morpheus Labs?

We are a company registered in Singapore. Our Idea and founder was originally accepted into SGInnovate program which is a Singapore Government initiative to incubate deep tech startups.

What is the project about?

Morpheus Labs BPaaS simplifies and expedites your blockchain application development and gives you the flexibility to choose between available programming languages and blockchain runtimes that better suit your needs. You get unparalleled benefits from an integrated collaborative development environment, workspace management, version control repository and many preconfigured tasks. Let our platform do the heavy lifting while you focus on value-adding work like application creation and experiment with the blockchain technologies at a fraction of the cost and time.

What problems are we trying to solve?
While a lot of enterprises see huge potential in the blockchain technology, the barrier to entry is extremely prohibitive. Understanding which blockchain to use, which is more suited for what and finally to the holy grail of finding that elusive blockchain developer, prove too much for any enterprise to even begin to do anything remotely close. Below are explanation in detail:

1. Which Distributed Ledger technology
Enterprises have difficulties evaluating multiple blockchain technologies and selecting which one to use due to lacking of collective blockchain expertises and single multiple-blockchain-enabled test environment . For example, many blockchain technologies are available now, such as Ethereum, HyperLedger, Multichain, Ripple and more,but no single platform provides test environment for these blockchains, no single technology vendor or consulting firm has deep collective knowledge on these  blockchains to help enterprises select the most fit blockchain technology.

2. Difficult to find fit Use Cases and evaluate Business Benefits
Companies have difficulties finding the use cases that will apply to their industry and how to evaluate the ROI (return on investment)

3. No easy way to install and test
Piecing together the blockchain nodes, storage, cloud development environment and github requires a lot of effort and time-consuming.

4. High development cost
The cost of blockchain project development, whether  in-house or outsourced, is prohibitive for a lot of enterprises to build an application from scratch for idea validation, let alone going through trials and errors. Thomas Edison famously “failed” 10,000 times before inventing the light bulb. Our platform makes failing a less costly and allows innovation go through its natural process.

At this moment, we are focusing on building up the capabilities of our platform to make sure it is robust and scalable for any enterprises who wish to test blockchain technologies for their businesses. We can certainly help brainstorm the use cases for your enterprise and eventually our version of the app store will have a curated list of apps that you can download and get some ideas from. If you need help with coding, we maybe able to refer you to some partners as well. ICO ,technically, is a fundraising activity. So, once the idea is up, ICO is something you can consider.

Once you have launched your application on our platform, you may then choose to license it out. Other enterprises who wish to reuse your code base, will therefore be able to clone it with some fees attached.These fees will be a form of your distributorship payment and revenue. Application fees is the other route. Imagine downloading an app today on App store which requires you to pay a certain sum of money before you can use it. You may do the same on our platform.

Probably one of the best under the radar projects that I have encountered so far, I really find your project very interesting, I like the platform that you're trying to create. I think having a platform that makes it easier for users to interact, share ideas and make that idea into a reality will be very beneficial to a lot of business owners and entrepreneurs especially those won't don't have the funds to make their ideas into a reality.  It's nice that you're also making the blockchain application development easier for everyone, I like how you're trying to create it as simple as possible,  also the vision of this project is really good and looking at the team, I believe that they are capable to bring this project to the top but the only problem that this project currently has is the lack of hype, I think the marketing and the pr team really needs to double their efforts and get this project heard by the right investors cause I really think once the hype will be there, we can see this project rising to the top in no time. By the way do you already have a working platform? Maybe a beta released? Where can I test it out?

This is one of the most promising project in the market.
The team have made great partnership with some venture.
They have real product already.
They are making revenue already.

Definitely this project is promising, if the team will carry out their ideas as planned then this project can really be huge later this year. I've seen some ico reviews with this project and so far the rating isn't that bad. The only downside with this project is the lack of marketing, there are only a few people who knows about this project which sucks, the telegram group has quite a few members and the twitter followers that the official page has is also quite few compared to other icos that aren't even that promising. Yeah definitely, this project is supported by some really huge projects in the cryptocurrency world, I hope supporters of those projects can support this project as well. Knowing that they already have a working product just proves how bright the future of this project will be if the marketing team will just do their job well.

I just hope the community grows a little fast than the current rate right now, I've seen the telegram group and we're not that big yet. I have no problem of the community growing steadily but for me with the competition that's happening right now in the cryptocurrency world, this project really needs to step up if they want to dominate. The not only team there are many people communicating in the back ground, even company like TaaS is showing some interest towards the project. So, TaaS invested some amount into it at the time, of private sales.

Exactly and TaaS is already a well known project and it's a very good project, which has a really strong community, so if the dev team of TaaS decided to invest that huge amount of money to morpheous labs then we can be confident that this project definitely has a huge potential. I just hope TaaS community will also help this project out and support it the same way that they support TaaS, just reading the whitepaper and the team's background, I can already feel that if the PR team will handle the marketing the right way, then all of us who's here early can really profit so much from this project.

Unfortunately, the listing on hitbtc did not affect the price of the tokens. The price continues to fall. This is a sad situation.

Expect it in tough times im sureyou know what is the current situation and its bad in  market right so the token and other coins will not be in good condition too. Atleast its a good news instead of always asking when exchanges and when lambo let's take this into reality.

I am upset that the price is not rising to the level of ICO. I'm not sure I can make a profit from my investment.

Don't be upset its normal if you trust the morpheus team and project there is no need to worry about the price ico projects are not only for short term and it was establish for long period of accomplishment within the tineframes and the project to be done on that date.

Developers are reducing the total number of tokens in due time while working on exchanges as well as partnerships. Once these are completed, the total number of tokens will be reduced to 45%.

Dear Supporters, going forward, as promised, we will start publishing monthly updates. There will be 2 updates, business and tech. Business will be published every 30th of the month (with the exception of this month) and tech will be published every 11th of the month.

We will be signing a contract with Korea PR company to raise awareness for MorpheusLabs BPaaS.
Blockchain 3.0 — Future Decentralized event supported by SGInnovate and IPI Singapore will take place in Singapore on the 29th of June. This event is one of the outcomes of collaborative effort from MorpheusLabs and Quarkchain.

For specific reasons we have explained, we will not be revealing names of exchanges until we have confirmed the listing.

Many projects buys followers and have marketing methods that  attract temporary and impatient investors based on temporary news. Morpheus Labs has chosen a very nice strategy; Organic growth. Believe me, this is going to be great and this strategy will benefit the community later.

I've just read Proof of Alliance. and I have a question. for the levelling system, let's say I'm a 5 level reviewer with lots of MITx in my wallet and holding MITx from ICO. then, 1) are there any other advantages except for being ranked higher in the internal reviews? 2) any simple reviews can be ranked higher only because I'm level 5? or do you have some criteria for getting token reward?

Ranking / levelling is 1 thing. As mentioned Morheus Labs are studying ways to reward token holders in the form of bonus tokens. Potentially if you are ranked higher, your reviews get seen more thus more bonus tokens might be earned.  Since this is a reward system and MITX are, by function, not a security token, developers want to ensure they are doing the right things from regulatory compliance standpoint but yet simple enough without too complex a system. It is not easy so developers are finetuning this. This is a draft and a work in progress.

There are very many inexperienced investors in crypto. All new markets are being created by retailers. There are quite a few institutions in the market, because they need insurances and good regulations. An institution will not actually be allowed to invest in crypto until it is finished regulated (in several countries).
 
The project should be weighed against similar competitors in the market, time perspective, team, market potential, platform and positioning to name a few. Stop nagging about projects to post THE TWEET that's going to "manipulate" their own token. The valuation of a project is reflected by progress. You're in this longterm. Spend your time getting better, teaming up with friends and discuss as well as working with joint projects. What have you done that this project has received the attention that it deserves? Two days ago was article on medium as update on preparation for beta launch. I have not followed the development in past but recently picked up some tokens. I see here not many people are active may be current situation has effected this project as well. Buying at current price isn't bad.

Information from developers about MITx Usage

 A. MITX did not change anything from original Whitepaper and business plan.  
B. No laws prohibit the usage of MITx tokens as main form of payment.  At the same time, the legislation prohibit developers from making 'announcements'.
C. All revenues, as far as possible will be denominated in MITx unless it is a government agency or entities sensitive to cryptocurrency.
 D. In those circumstances, developers are thinking of how to purchase MITx or get them to do so.

web site and PR is just one segment of develepment, lets say something to atracts buyers and users later, but the key to sucsess is good idea and quality platform and support...

This could be one of those projects that can achieve substantial upside due to launching the ICO in a bear market. The low hard cap makes this project a lot more compelling. The project is led by an experienced team who has built blockchain apps for enterprises before. Therefore, despite the competition, i believe they have a good chance to succeed, at least in a niche area.

Will the core team's lockup amount be released altogether at the same time when the lockup is removed? Or is the volume gradually released?

Unlocked is the same time but it doesnt mean they will sell. All projects are down alot but only Morpheus team is committed to extend lock up.

Starting a project like Morpheus labs is doing, is a huge job. If you are in IT, you know that developing any kind of project takes a lot of time. And in the meantime you need to find clients, partners, hiring people, dealing with governments, dealing with regulations,... In my opinion, MITx did it all!

It Really is significant for a foreign business to collaborate with a top 3 South Korean company. Another proof that the team is working hard and realing in deals with huge players!

From a technical and investing point of view this project is awesome. It has the means to upgrade the current blockchain infrastructure, which gives it a huge potential. When we consider the small market capitalization there is a huge space for growth. Once it takes major role in that process we can easy see it as a top project. Considering the strong team, the huge partnerships and the vast and detailed roadmap we can easily see it in a top position in the following months.
