Then when the entity has Bitcoin revenue, I want the entity to distribute the revenue to "shareholders" in proportion to their ownership stake. Whats the best way to do this?

You'd have to work out how exactly your counterparty token pays people dividends though. If you're looking to just pay out a different aset then you can have a sub-asset to your counterparty token.

What if your entity doesn`t have any profits (revenues-costs).Will you pay dividents to shareholders? Can you explain us more about your btc business,OP?
