Terms:

• 100% paid into escrow within 24 hours of address being provided
• Units are tested for 24 hours before shipping
• Dispatch date to be at the latest Wed 7th to take into account testing
• 1btc discount per working day for dispatch delays
• Shipped globally from China, $500 declared value
• Delivery is uninsured and buyer is responsible for damage in transit past $500
• Full insurance is 4btc but requires and $14k declared
• Overclocking speed is not guaranteed
• Warranty will be service by Avalon as usual

*May be a small surcharge at cost if you live in the middle of nowhere, on a mountain, in Africa, under the sea etc.

Sort of misleading title. It's really only 88gh/s since OC is not the product description for the equipment OR proven hash rate if I am correct.

Anyone buying an Avalon, knows about this though. The problem is if I put it as 5x88Gh, it looks like 3 modules because everyone else is saying 88 for 3.

No, difficulty is going through the roof - did you see the spike this week? That is likely the August BitFuries coming online. If you want to sell these to serious buyers who won't f*** you around you'll need to drop the prices I expect, and the prices will only keep falling.

Folks can currently buy block erupters for ~1.4 BTC/GH, which is also very expensive, but that should set an upper bound on what is reasonable to charge for an ASIC mining device.

Honestly, the bitcointalk auction forum is about the worst possible place to buy an ASICs device, but it's a great place to sell one. I don't think I've ever seen a buyer get a good deal.
