Diverse is an innovative money disbursement system that aims to generate demand growth through it's unique and dynamic blocks rewards.

It's a cryptocurrency with hybrid pos/pow mechanism. The POS structure is truly unique and dynamic, as there'll be 100 blocks of 7000% per annum ROI (named as Premium blocks), after every 1000 blocks, with base ROI of 3000%. POS will start from block number 1000.

There will be 2 different numerals representing per annum ROI of POS rewards, 3000% and 7000%. The base APR will be 3000% and the 7000% APR will activate after every 10 blocks just for 1 block, named as Premium block. This will continue till 70,000 blocks. The rewards will change after 70K blocks, which will be explained later. The structure of POS rewards till 70K blocks would be as follows:

60000 to 60001 Blocks (7000% per annum ROI)
60001 to 60010 Blocks (3000% per annum ROI)

60010 to 60011 Blocks (7000% per annum ROI)
50011 to 50020 Blocks (3000% per annum ROI)

60020 to 60021 Blocks (7000% per annum ROI)
60021 to 60030 Blocks (3000% per annum ROI)

...so on and so forth, till 70,000 Blocks. After 70K blocks, the base APR of 3000% will be reduced to 700% and the APR of premium blocks will remain the same, that is 7000%. To clarify, the structure of POS rewards after 70K blocks will be as follows:

70000 to 70001 Blocks (7000% per annum ROI)
70001 to 70010 Blocks (700% per annum ROI)

70010 to 70011 Blocks (7000% per annum ROI)
70011 to 70020 Blocks (700% per annum ROI)

70020 to 70021 Blocks (7000% per annum ROI)
70021 to 70030 Blocks (700% per annum ROI)

...so on and so forth. Just to make it simple, every block ending with 1 will have 7000% POS, and all the other blocks will give 3000% ROI till block #70,000, and 700% ROI afterwards.

Miners will get 50 coins per block, till 10,000 blocks. After that, it will be reduced to 25 coins till 20K blocks. And, further reduced to 12.5 coins till 30K blocks. This means that after every 10K blocks the mining reward will reduce into half. To clarify, the POW structure will be as follows:

        1 to 10,000 Blocks (50 coins)
10,000 to 20,000 Blocks (25 coins)
20,000 to 30,000 Blocks (12.5 coins)
30,000 to 40,000 Blocks (6.25 coins)
40,000 to 50,000 Blocks (3.125 coins)
50,000 to 60,000 Blocks (1.5625 coins)
60,000 to 70,000 Blocks (0.78125 coins)

...so on and so forth, reducing into half after every 10,000 blocks.

It is safe to use. Actually, these are false positives. Many softwares can trigger this through heuristics. The qt wallet file contains code for coin mining, so once it's up and running, some AVs consider it as a hidden miner or botnet. Also qt wallet looks for wallet.dat file, so some AVs consider it as coin stealer. A lot of wallets get detected like this. Check out the Peercoin & Reddcoin wallets:

The POS percentage is 7000% just for 100 premium blocks which activates after every 1000 blocks. Otherwise, the base POS is 3000%. And, the 3000% base POS will be reduced to 700% after block#150,000, but the premium blocks will still be effective till block#300,000. After it, the POS% will remain constant at 700%, and there will be no premium blocks. I hope this answers your question about long term price effect. 2300 blocks of 50 mined, minus POS, some rewards. Around 100k in circulation (besides premine). But we can all see your 120k + blocks for sale.

If you dump it, have at lest some decency to wait for a week. Rest assured, that 0.003 support you have there will not rise, unless you want to buy your own premine.

Seems that this project did not go anywhere. I guess that huge money supply scared people.

The project is moving forward and growing steadily, it's just that it's in initial stages. The money supply isn't that huge if you compare it with similar projects/coins, and also it has nothing to do with the growth of this project.

How much DVRS are you staking? The POS didn't broke. The minimum stake age of coins to get mature is 6 hours. After 6 hours your coins will  start generating POS rewards, but the receiving time of POS coins varies and depends on different factors, including network difficulty and weight, and also the amount of coins you are staking.

Just got wind of this through Twitter. POS monkey (known person in Twitter with his POS coin shills) tweeted something about this and upon checking, people already started buying this. It is currently priced in 500 sats area and our team is still contemplating whether to buy this at that price or not. Yep, right now, it is one of the highest staking coin available in the market. The fact that this is just a new coin provide you an advantage in staking early compared to those who will just invest here in the future. So, the main play right now is to stake as much as you can before other people get in. After that, just wait for the price to go up and sell at a profit. The dev team should focus on advertising this coin through other channels available out there (Twitter, Facebook, forums, etc).


Windows always treat cryptocurrency wallets as viruses or trojans and this is normal. You could just put it in a folder and exempt it in Windows defender.

after u have sent the coins from the wallet, clik the transactions menu and double click to the pending transaction, the bottom of the emerging window u will see the transaction id

The rewards/stakes for this coin is really great because it has very high ROI and this just means that you could get tons of coins in short amount of time. All being said, it will be very good for those who got in first and stake right away. They could have so much coins now that they can compound or sell to the new investors. The only question that I have here how long will this last, I mean, the profitability from it. High POS rate equates to high inflation of coin supply and that would reduce the price of this coin drastically in the coming days.

From what i saw in other High Roi POS coins, the price will remain high untill we are close to lowering the rewards.
Also, this coin is not even listed on coinmarketcap yet. Once this happens - there will be a big increase in price.

Put 35k coins in wallet on 10.2.  open staking ... it counts down the time to reward yesterday it said 18hours to reward today 14hours to reward. ....

From what I have seen (after staking 5k DVRS in both sites to test), staking labs has the easiest interface and much faster withdrawals/deposits as well as current coin block number information which is extremely helpful to know as there is a 7000% ROI (premium block) every 1000 blocks (which lasts 100 blocks), so timing your staking to hit the premium block time may be helpful to some people.

It is a normal thing for your Windows anti-virus to detect it as a malware. That is very ordinary in any type of crypto wallet right now. You just have to do is to exempt it from your antivirus and it should work like a charm. Don't worry about it. If you are downloading the wallet from the link provided in the OP, there shouldn't be any problem with it.  ;)

With those economic fundamentals there isn't much incentive to hold in the short-term. You'd be better off selling in the beginning and rebuying from those who sell after you. The POS rates are massive.

For those who have problems with antivirus. I had the same problem. I did follow this step:
1. I disabled antivirus for installation of wallet
2. Put password for the wallet
3. make copy of wallet dat and put it on usb.
4. run wallet again put it on.
5. then made antivirus ON and of course it will delete one file in wallet that is suspicius
wallet working normally.

Im not a computer guru but this worked for me.

I would have to agree with this, at the huge % that people are receiving this will just push the price down as more people get involved, I am not familiar with Stakeunited but I would be careful giving full control of your coins over to sites that stake on your behalf, I have seen a few of them run off with people's funds before.

This is correct. This type of inflation is not sustainable and the decrease in price that is happening right now is also expected. People who bought early and stake a lot in its first week made a lot of money out of it. They are probably selling all of their coins now and getting any profit they can take out of these prices. Yeah, of course it's on your risk. However, i have never heard about a staking pool to take the coins and run off untill now- so they seems quite safe.
 Also, if you hold small amouny of coins it's more profitable to hold them there, as you will earn daily stakes and get the benefit of daily compounding.

That's of course right if you don't have a lot of coins, but you should still factor in the risk of the pool shutting down or being hacked.

Try contacting them regarding your concern. They should have disabled any withdrawal or deposit of this coin due to the wallet update. I believe you're not the only who has this problem after the update. Open a ticket to their support team and hopefully, they'll process your request and will send you the coins in the appropriate chain. Worst case scenario is that the coin that you sent from them will not be retrievable and it will be a lost cause.

It's good that the devs are doing their work regarding the inflation rate of this coin. If they didn't do anything about it, this coin will just die while not being listed to coinmarketcap. Do you have any timeline on when you'll be listed there?

I had the same issue which the "not accepted" stakes too but about 2hours later I got valid stakes. I guess the issue was just that too many people started staking immediately on the new (forked) chain.

Guys before you start shouting around "SCAM" try to understand the technical backgrounds. Also the sharp price drop was because of the nature of the coin (7000% annual ROI leads people to dumping).

I think the dev is doing a great job and on Discord he tries to help people with issues etc. a lot and is also very active - dont listen to everything people like AlphaInterceptor are screaming around  ;)

That's called inflation. Developers should make much lower stake reward. 700% per year would be enough. And it should be decreased next years.

The Diverse wallet from Stakeunited is also not staking at the moment, so this means that there are some problems with the Diverse wallet at the moment.

I've been following this coin since its inception to the market (you can check my post history for that and I have 1 comment few posts above) and I could really say that it is indeed true that this coin does not want to give up and will not be doing that anytime sooner. Now that we hit the 1 sat area and there's no other market for it to go lower price-wise, many people are trying to buy it now and earn some % from its POS rewards.

The only thing that's been bothering me this whole time is that the dev of this project didn't come here anymore to post any update. There's a high chance that they just abandoned this project after the high POS rate. Well, we'll see it sooner if what I'm saying here is true or not.

It seems there's at least two forks of this chain going around. Not sure which one is the correct chain, but this is a problem if you are on a chain the exchange does not recognize. You could be holding coins that exchange will not acknowledge as legitimate. This needs to be resolved.

To solve that problem,close the wallet, you can remove your local blockchain data (Go to folder %appdata%\diverse\ and remove ALL files except wallet.dat and folder "backup" after that,create "diverse.conf" and add the addnodes lines from https://www.coinexchange.io/network/peers/DVRS).

So after that you will be for sure on the chain that coinexchange is using!

I think they should increase maximum coin supply or the POS-mining rewards will end soon.

Appears to be a big mess with several blockchains in the moment. I tried to mine some at lpool.name, worked, I could send them to the old 1.4.1 wallet. Tried again with minepool.bid with the 1.5.0 wallet that supposedly uses the new blockchain, the coins went into the 1.5.0 local wallet but ended up in nowhere, so total loss of 1 day mining. Disappeared on the way to stakeunited.com and stakinglab.io. So there is a third blockchain now? Not feasible to do anything with this coin in the moment until you guys figure this out.

I lost mined coins on local pool lpool.name . Pool operator doesn't care. Won't help me and won't reimburse me for lost coins. He suggested I mine somewhere else. Thankfully went to coinexchange got peers and added to my conf. Was able to solo mine with revised block chain. I suggest everyone get on the coin exchange Version of you want to trade. You need 10k minimum to trade at 1 satoshi

This does not really help. If you mine at lpool it will go to the 1.4.1 blockchain, if you mine on minepool it goes to the older 1.5.0 blockchain, and as you said if you buy at coinexchange with their nodes it goes to the other 1.5.0 blockchain.

You can use the older wallet or the older conf to see the coins in either wallet, but you can not do anything with them as exchanges or pools are on other chains. So these coins are worthless. Big mess here.

This coin is really dying without the support from its developer and without any solution to its crazy amount of stake reward. Your initiative would be the best solution for now and could definitely help all those holders of it. I just read the new thread that you started for the coin swap and the APR that you provided there is quite good. The ROI per year is not crazy high but that in fact is a good thing to prevent crazy amount of reward and to prevent inflationary problems along the life span of it.

The community should be able to help you (if they want to have some solution for the problem of this coin) and I'm gonna observe what will happen with this coin's swap in the future.

The wallet is owned by "silecraft" who is a DVRS team member since the beginning and in the VARIUS team now - so for all DVRS holders a source of trust. So what you say ("They have nothing to do with DVRS.") is just wrong.

Well, I do get your point and you have the right in every way to feel that way but as far as I can see, this is the last option that the Diverse holders could do. If you didn't notice, the developer of this coin hasn't been responding to people for a month now and we can safely assume that he just flew by and left this project to dry on its own. What we are seeing with the Varius team is an opportunity to make something out of Diverse (that has no value now) and at least, make some money out of it.

If you still want to hold your Diverse, go ahead and do that. Just keep in mind that it is not actively traded anymore. The trading volume in Coinexchange is so small that they could delist it any moment.

Next step is for Diverse (DVRS) to get swept up by Coin Janitor and have hope for some sort of recycling of DVRS to a different tradable crypto:

It's because this is not an official DVRS swap.  These people are trying to trick you into sending your DVRS to them and getting onboard with their coin.  The latest OFFICIAL wallet for DVRS is 1.4.1.0-g32a928e.  You should NOT use any other wallet for DVRS transactions, or you will likely lose your DVRS.  There is only one DVRS chain and that hasn't changed.  These carpet baggers are just throwing a lot of confusion into the mix hoping you will send them your DVRS for less than market value.

All of the things that you mentioned above are true especially the comment that this coin is literally dead. But, you can't blame others (Diverse holders) if they are trying their luck with Varius and attempting to convert their useless coin (Diverse) into some money. It is the most logical move that anyone would take. What we can do right now is to hope that Varius will provide better development and will provide true progress for its investors.

What a relieve it was to see DVRS wallet working after the swap...with only 62 connections to the network   ;D  go DVRS!!! I bought 5.1 mils at 1 sat before it is late  ;D  since maturity period is really short I didn't split into multiple stake addresses...  though if someone can suggest good staking amounts - that will be greatly appreciated.  

The way it is with 5.1m in one stake the reward period went from 25 days to 3 days in about 46 hours.  I hope this will motivate someone to go and buy some and stake.

True. I wish I knew about Doge trading pair when I bought them at 1 sat at coinexchange.io.  It's not until a week later that I discovered c-patex is trading Doge/DVRS. Next thing I did is I transferred all to staking pool. :) So far so good. That should answer a question regarding stake size in a wallet: get some super cheap at c-patex and transfer to stakeunited pool, it works.

yeah good project ..just sad about all this swaps...it is makeing the project so unpleasent and so complicated:(

At first, the project is good because of the ROI that it provided but right now, this project is empty and if I'm not mistaken, the developer of it already left hence the unpleasant swaps. Other people are taking over the swaps to make something out of their coins. Well, these swaps are good for those who didn't sell their DIVERSE when it is in its ATH. It will not provide them huge return of money but at least, they are making something out of this vaporware.  :(

The people apparently do not understand ?!

It appears that people got so much DVRS in staking pools and that, I think, is the main reason why we are seeing this huge dump on a daily basis. Because of these staking pools, DVRS inflated so much in terms of coin supply. We all know that if a coin has this huge coin supply, people will start selling it at any price point. They just want to have something out of it and take their money.

But if the Dev/Team plan to do a swap or burn then it can be a good deal and people will buy or hold.

Same question here. I don't know if someone will takeover and have this coin alive again. Honestly speaking, it would be really great if someone would take the initiative to do that. The only concern that I'm seeing if someone indeed do that, what idea will he offer to make this coin be revived from where it is now? It is essentially dead as of the moment and we need real use-case here if we want to be back on track.

Maybe we can make it a learning experience.  I know enough about programming old Windows applications, but it seems developing wallets and the like is a little different.  I am not sure how much can be learned by snooping around, it will take a long time.  It's better to have someone with experience who has a helpful attitude.  Also, we would either have to have someone who has taken over a coin with us, or spend time learning it ourselves.  Also, the dev must have paid CE recently to enter the DOGE market.  Is the DEV still active at all?

Oh, this announcement is quite interesting. I think this is the first time where I'll be seeing three options of SWAP for a specific coin. This will definitely provide some hope and life for those people who are still holding (and staking) their Diverse. Honestly, I thought that this coin will be left out and will die due to dev not being active. Good to know that someone will take over and will provide good progress for it.

I just got a letter from Coinexchange and they said the reason their wallet is offline is because they need the Dev team to make a change to something, and they're waiting for them to do that.

I'm contacting to CE support about DVRS wallet issue.

Are there people still active with DVRS coin ?  I can see that the network is still working
and that TXs and staking is ok. There are however problems with the Exchanges.
CoinExchange has DVRS in maintenance for more then 3 months now and say that they
still have wallet problems.
On Probitex you can still deposit and trade DVRS but whenever you withdraw coins you
will receive the message: "Network is busy. Please try again later".

You indeed correct with what you said regarding this coin. For those who got interested by the high POS of this coin, please take note that the dev for DVRS is nowhere to be found (based on the last news that I read about him) and someone from the community already took over this project. I really don't know the exact information about the take-over but there's a high chance that they will fork this into another coin with new set of developers. So yeah, be very careful in investing money in projects like this. You may end up holding vapor coins that don't have any value at all.  ::)

It looks like C-Patex delisted the coin without saying anything.   Where else is it actively traded?  Probitex seems like a corrupt exchange.  It will not send a password reset but sends me email ads.

This seems like another coin killed by exchanges.

It's like exchanges take the money for the listing, then take the wallet offline while still staking the coin, and only sell their stakes, and then somehow end up killing the chain.

If enough stakers just traded among themselves would not need centralized exchanges for these microcaps.  Just use the coins for
something like eBay.

It believe Bitbay is doing something like that.
