I think it's scam. Some people didn't really get their deposits. As me too. I deposited 180 NEM 23rd december 2017, and still nothing came. Noone answer to ticket. But as I can see on blockchain, my transaction was completed and I sign a correct message for transaction. Everything was checked and everything is correct, but still no reply and no depo.

It's just a little of what I found.

I started to avoid this Exchange, and I did not want to lose my assets.
some Exchanges started monopoly to make a profit in a bad way.

I've been using this exchange and didn't encounter any problem if you are trying to deposit an altcoin there is an payment id you will need so you can see your coin

I used it too before - for two times everything was good, but before christmass, missed deposits appeared. People are upset. Me and another people lost good opportunities because of it. And there is no support. May be they are just still relaxing? But it's not serious. If u provide services, make it work, or stop it for holidays. But no replies, no support. People send big money there, but it does not come to deposit! How can I say Cryptopia is not a scam? May be this service is a semiscam - someone don't have troubles, but another loose their money. Is it all right? Semiscam is a scam too.
If I'll get my money, I'll write it here, but if not - u may freely think it's a scam.

I remember that my first deposit at cryptopia was on 13 october when clam crashed hard , and same thing happened with me at my first deposit but support solved it in two days ( of course I missed the opportunity that made me deposit in the first place )
I did bitcoin deposit like 6 days ago and it was credited right after the confirmations , but not sure about other coins or if the problem started today
so far there aren't much negative reviews about cryptopia so hopefully your problem will get solved fast

if you don't like delays then you should use another exchange , cause it seems that this happens a lot with cryptopia but overall they credit the balances and don't steal the money

So far everything ok with my account in Cryptopia, all my deposits and withdrawal are all credited to my account and wallet, but I am a little bit concern on this issue, it could happen to me, a trusted exchange should have a zero complaint or should be resolved as soon as possible.

I made a withdrawal and my transaction was delayed and neither txhash they gave me... passed hours and nothing, then I searched in their forum, full of people complaining about the same thing ... i am thinking that I lost my money ... these motherfuckers! If my money shows up, never step on it again...

They gave this withdrawal historic, useless....

Maybe the ethereum blockchain is still overloaded with crypto kitties transactions.

even so, I don't put money there anymore, many complaints ... I may have been lucky.

I've also been waiting to get my coins, nothing doing. I opened a ticket, no reply after almost three days. I have given them another day. After that I will report this fraudulent activity to the authorities. This platform is nothing but crap, I will never use it again regardless of whether they are eventually going to send my coins or not. They don't even have any sort of customer service. The people running this crappy platform should be ashamed of themselves.  >:(

I used this exchange before to buy tokens that are not traded anywhere else and did not have any problems.

Now I've got my money. There was an issue with their XEM wallet and with many users arriving. Now I think, that their problem is in scaling and they are not so PRO in making bussiness. They haven't a big state of people, but they add very big amount of coins, which are hard to support. That's why there can be delays - be aware of it - watch at their Coindesk first, and forum - if there is an issues with ur desirable coin.
May be I can give this exchange a second chance. But I will avoid it if there is an alternative at Binance or Bittrex, for example.

2 Febr 2018 I've sent ECOBITs to my wallet at Cryptopia. Transaction is processed. Today 7 Febr 2018. Coins didn't appear.
Submitted ticket, no answer.

Today 15 Febr 2018. Coins appeared. :)

Yesterday I receive only part of my deposit  ??? I send 1.3 ETH but receive only 1.00 Cryptopia works worst everyday
