Title: EXMO - $8000 WORTH OF ETHEREUM LOST IN WITHDRAWAL Post by: Whothehecker on January 04, 2018, 10:08:21 PM I'm making a topic about this in hopes that someone from the exmo team will help resolve this, as i saw someone else made a similar topic and exmo responded here.
I made a withdrawal from exmo to poloniex and my withdrawal shows as 'paid', yet is not shown in poloniex, has no transaction ID, and does not show in any blockchain explorer. I have reached out to exmo so far to no avail. What do i do? Lawsuit? I honestly don't want to go that route at all and simply work with exmo to resolve this.... Looking for any help that anybody can think of. I feel stuck and helpless.Thanks. My investment group told me that they were hacked, and that they are holding the withdrawals because of this, I advise no one to use them to negotiate. They are not giving proper support. ETH now worth over $10000. >:( So now a days it is very difficult to find out transaction because sometime it is hard to find the transaction with the present of situation of ethereum network. I hope there is no other choice better contact with your issue. |
