I found Cloudbet on google as it was the first search. I deposited two amounts and won. Jackpot on Fruit Bonanza worth 2.5 BTC.

Its been over 24 +  hours and still pending and im certain the live chat are just playing me.

I dont want to tarnish their rep without them actually scamming me but im very worried right now.

I really need this how can i rectify or take action?

Well, you might want to post proof in your original post for starters. This is a very large accusation, $32,000 is a lot of money. Do you have any screenshots of the pending withdrawal?

Usually when someone wins they are not in the right frame of mind and taking a screenshot is the last thing on their mind when winning such a large amount especially from a jackpot. And the last thing on their minds is if this casino will rip them off and not pay them out their freshly made winnings.
Atleast for the not into gambling type of people.

This is a very large amount of money and I think something is actually happening as it seeing that they did not think any body can win such huge amount of money. 2.5bitcoin is big amount of money and you have to actually pray hard to see them paying you. However, I pray they should pay you your money.

It is quite large only because the amount of bitcoin price has risen so much in the past 8-9 months.
So these type of casinos that deal with it do need more time to process these amounts so they do not make a mistake.
But I have seen this particular casino take upto 72 hours to send out winnings to people.
But that last year and when bitcoin was worth about 1/3 of what it is worth now.
So they will run their larger withdrawals with a fine tooth comb and thus take a much longer time than this to do their customer's payouts.

I know of a better casino to use that do not take so long to process such high amount in bitcoin when requested from their customers after they win on their site.

What key words did you enter into google search? Relax and give them some time to process your amazing win. I understand people saying it is a huge amount and currently it is a huge amount. But you have also to see that one year ago the value of one bitcoin was only a fraction of it.

Reputable casinos that are since some years on the market will not cheat you for only 2.5 BTC, because they collected a lot of coins when its value was very low.

It never took more than 30 minutes for my withdrawal to get approved, but I must admit here that I never withdrew more than 0.025 in one go (partly for the reason you are suspecting them of). Please share for proof such as the screenshot of your betting history and proof of deposit etc. it will make your case stronger.
In case you already got your payout do post that also. I firmly believe that as reputable casino they will process your withdrawal.

I know it's annoying but almost all the casinos take long time to process big withdrawals these days , even in your case it shouldn't take much since AFAIK it's impossible to cheat in 3D slots so there should be no verification for the bets
also next time play somewhere else , cause reading the reviews in cloudbet's thread you can see that many people complaining about their support also their account in the forums here has been inactive for a little over two months now

Atleast I think that is how their ticketing system works, it did at my work place before. But that was years ago.

Yes, the title of this thread should be edited with [RESOLVED] because otherwise people might think CLOUDBET is a scam or something and obviously it isn't since you got your Bitcoin.

Also, in the future don't forget fees are insane right now. Bitcoin isn't working as fast as it was before. You might need to wait a few days to get your BTC as opposed to last year when confirmation only took a few minutes.

Great that you were paid. So far, I think there was just a misunderstanding and a hasty accusation here. I do think that cloud bet is one of the more mature sites and I don't think they will destroy what they've built for years and lose the chance of earning a lot more in the future. Gambling sites don't really get a lot of attention nowadays, hence if you are one of the top ones, I do think they will take care of their position.

What's the point? OP has already said it was paid, you need proof if you are accusing someone, and not really anymore if the conflict is over. In this case it would just be a useless and a waste of time, since OP doesn't need to show proof if he is happy already.

Well, they just shut down for the US with no warning.  That is strange.  I've always been paid by them but maybe they had too many big losses recently?

What do you mean?
US citizens can not access their site now from an ip address from that area or something else?
Is there some kind of lawsuit against them and that is why they are drawing back from operating towards their US customers?

I now think that OP is lucky he received payment because if he was a US citizen they could of just easily said they were not eligible to receive payment because of this new rule towards people gambling from there.
