Don't nervous nothing gonna happen in that and over thinking will only get you in bad way,you only need to buy and then sell in high so if you ask about coins try xrb, eth, xrp and hold also some btc this four coins are sure for profit all you have to do is wait when the time is come like the price is already high.I think also if your newbie in trading always read here in some different topics here in forum because you learn a lot from that, when i'm newbie i also like you but i always read here and listen to other ideas so it's make me confident for the investing that i do.

Read from a shill script, exactly the shitcoins which are centralized and premined, your guidance is in the price, shitcoins had their exposure to the world already, if you are looking for some insurance for your money, only invest on a coin which is available in 100 countries for trading with local currencies and in high volume, you can trade Bitcoin in 99% of all the countries.

I have some activity tokens on Waves platform, cheap and fast transactions for real, you want even cheaper and faster method of transferring data?  try thousands of tokens running on Ξ and are even claiming to be better than Ξ.

Before investing i think you should firstly research the crypto currencies your buying.  I mean BTC,  LTC,  ETH is good crypto's to pick but it is also a good practice to learn what kind of currency or how does it work and what is it's features. For instance the btc price might drop to 10% and you've panic sell all your btc to save your money not knowing that volatility is completely normal in btc.

You look like you did a lot of research before investing and just a little guidance or a piece of advice that I can say is that don't panic when these coins are starting to be corrected.

You don't have to be afraid in trading. Because on of the important trait of a trader is a brave trader. You must be an open minded to success. You try to buy RIPPLE and then sell it.

Trading doesn't require you a lot of knowledge but you should atleast read and remember some basic important tips and must have patience on time to earn decent profits from your investments. I am also not expert in cryptocurrency trading, however i would recommemd you to move from LTC to ripple.
Bitcoin and ethereum are good choices, these two coins are expected to increase in future

If you want to trade well you need to learn how to analyze the candlestick technique to determine resistance and support each time so that you can enter the trading order more accurately. You also need to monitor the market closely so that fluctuations can affect the value of the coin you hold. If possible learn from people who have more experience, they will help you have more knowledge.

First of all, you need to stop being afraid and being self-confident. Analyze the top 10 crypto-currencies: read news related to these crypto-currencies and do not hurry to deduce a small profit. And I'd better recommend using more popular exchanges: Binance, Bitfinex, Poloniex.

Play around with altcoins, I would suggest DENT, XRB, NEBLIO, and IOTA. These are some of the rock-solid teams and can be trusted.

I'd suggest you to start with some cheaper currencies. You can follow McAfee on twitter where he posts like "crypto of the week" and usually that  coin explodes in a few days. Like I'm currently thinking about investing somewhat to only 20$ into TRON (TRX) coin because the price is about 0.12$ per coin and on 15th of Jan, this monday, they're signing a deal with some bigger company and the prices are expected to go up significantly. Also, binance is the one I'm using, I believe that they've enabled registrations today again.

So that would be my honest suggestion..

-Follow McAfee on twitter and watch out for those "coin of the week" posts
-Start with the smaller investments in cheaper coins so you don't lose much while you're getting a hang of it
-Be patient as most important.

There is no problem ,This forum's senior brother is much better,When I was new I was a little nervous, That's what you need to do,The lowest price is the same coin.Which will go upstream, Many coins will get less dollars.Of course the trend is understandable. Then you will see a profit within a few days.I'm technical analyst.I'm at the forex market 10 years.Technical Analyasis know that coins are easy to profit in the market.Seeing that will look good Buy it.If you have a lot of money,Then BTC and ETH were bought

Trading isnt difficult. You can find a lot of videos on youtube that can explain in detail on how to buy and sell. Once you learn that try with a small amount to practice buy and sell within five or ten minutes just to get a feel for it. After that you can reserach which altcoins to buy. When trying to find an altcoin to invest in just google and research about the coins and see who is behind it, the founders, the whole team and the most important i believe is are there any big boys investing in the coin? with so scam coins being created it is hard to know which is a good one but if the top known investment firms have backed them then there is a good reason for that. Thats a big plus.

Just some of the altcoins i would recommend are Tron, Linda, Life, Ripple and Iota. Good luck.

I am new too! I started in late December last year. One way to start is by looking on coinmarketcap.com. You can see all the coins there, you can click on them and get analytics, a link to their website. One thing to look for are coins that actually have real-world problem they are trying to solve. Also, you can see on their website what kind of team they have behind them. I also like to look on coincheckup.com to see how the coin performs with their criteria. Also watch some Youtube videos. Follow coins on twitter, etc. my first altcoins were TRON and XRP. DeepONION is one I would strongly recommend. Happy investing! Make sure to only invest what you can afford to lose as well.

The best strategy for someone new, is to read as much as possible, watch what happens for a while, after a few months. You have to know the the scams and shitcoins from something real before you put your money at risk.... In the meantime sit and hold your investment in top 10 market cap coins only.

If you want to learn about trading, don't take any courses or pay anyone for information... go to Youtube and learn about forex and equities trading so you can get some idea of the basic principles.. and remember crypto markets are unregulated, which means that market manipulation is rampant. Try to learn about market manipulation so you don't get caught up in illegal pump and dump schemes or HYIP schemes

Remember one thing... If it sounds to good to be true... it is ! Your better off earning 5% a month than loosing everything on an uninformed decision.

First of all, don't ever dream to rich in one night in crypto. All you need to trade crypto is capital that you ready to lose and patience. That's why there's no stop loss in crypto trading platform, it's all about holding when you see the price down extremely. Remember this: buy, hold, sell.

Just want give a little suggest too.. :)
Try convince yourself, having a strong intention, knowing a lot of things to know., to encourage your efforts and adjusting the coins are popular today to be invested or suitable for trading. By knowing the price developments in the market over time of course it can be very helpful and eliminate the hesitation to choose the right coins. And if you have a close friends who are much more experienced and knowing more about trading, it's good don't forget to asking a lot of things to him/her till you can following his/her skills. good luck on your efforts.

before you can invest you need to have a good knowledge with that different kind of coins and how their flow. You must know first their ability or potential so you can decide on how much can you give your capital to that kind of coins, you must know first the pros and cons in investing. Maybe you need to research more.

I would suggest using Hitbtc or Cryptopia for making deposit your trading. Yobit has many scam report, Coinbase sending your withdrawal with very low fees which will unconfirmed for long time. To make success on trading, read graph price, every market has different option convert. You need buy it and sell it at right time before being dump.

While holding bags of coins for now, read and watch videos bout trading that might gives you tips and techniques reading the charts, how market react  with news especially the fake ones, and whales who controls pump and dump market. Don't be in a hurry to jump on things you haven't know something, later you'll miss the ride and you've got a big loss on it. Little by little, invest on one to two coins first with small account of it till the time you know things need to know  in trading. Also, don't put your eggs in one basket so when you invest left something you can used in able for you to cope with such loses.

I dont think if this is good or bad but i guess a lot of the famous coins are now currently having their price increase. Means tendency is would go high or low unexpectedly. But no one is too late in investing. so i would just want to suggest to you XVG or Cardano. They just had their increase but im sure in a month it will return to its highest peek.Becareful also in logging in to those exchange sites because sometimes the site might be bogus and you might misclicked it.

Yeah the amount of coins which exist nowadays is pretty overwhelming. But don't worry. There are a lot of sources that can help you with making a choice. I'd recommend to try out a few different coins, investing only little amounts of money into them. You can read about different coins on platforms like  CoinJournal, the Merkle, CoinIdol, Cointelegraph. I personally prefer Cointelegraph but they all have kinda same news. Although Cointelegraph also has a very cool youtube channel with bunch of funny videos but also they have videos like "altcoin of the week" etc so it can also help you decided whether you wanna invest in what they're reviewing or not

You know that much and you don't need to be guided. What you need to do is to keep on following posts or join a group where there are active traders that you can get free signals about their thoughts and opinions to the altcoins that they are purchasing. And also keep on track with what's happening to the crypto world by being updated with news.

If you are a newcomer here and you want to start trading , at first I would recommend you to read about every single coin at the top 20( I know it might take some time, but it worth it, so you will have some basic knowledge about the market you are trading at).

Also consider long term trading, as short term trading requires a lot of experience and if you try to short-term trading without any experience, you might find yourself getting into troubles and losing your hard earned money.
Find the coins that you are interested in and just buy them for the long term, sell them when you are okay with the profit :).

When you mentioned any coins, remember that you must spend time concentrating on it regularly, that’s the best way for you. Maybe you are young, you have some good coins, I think you are really talent on this field. If you don’t need money any more, you should hold it which help you get a big benefits. You should remember that reading information and analyzing the market is very important. Most importantly, to keep patient and calm  will make you not feel panic. Moreover, you have to accept the risks as same as incur the lose.

if I think you are too panicked because too much use altcoin you invested is very reasonable, you better calm yourself and buy at the time the price drops a few days or hours at the time of big bubble or the price is rising high you have to sell it because that's what will give a huge profit.6

Determine your time horizon - are you a short term trader or a long term holder

Only invest what you can afford to lose - due to the unregulated nature of crypto you have to assume everything could go to zero

Do your research BEFORE investing according to the two statements above

Once invested, adjust your philosophy as markets change

Good luck!

you are buying lots of coin but you dont know what is trading , this might help you , if you buy a coin with a low price you can sell it with a higher price on how much the price when you buy , trading simply buy low and sell when price is high .

You bought a good coin , for me it is not good if you buy other unknown coin and gamble if it will grow , on todays market it is better to buy well known coin like what you have now because the market is unstable and people are investing in the coin that has a good value.

Chill, as a newbie the easiest way to gain profit is just hodl (hold) your coins. If you're buying during this downtrend, lucky for you. Those coins you already bough (BTC, LTC, and ETH) are solid long-term coins. I can assure you that you'll gain a lot of profits holding those coins for some years.

If you have some spare funds left then go buy other smaller altcoins, I recommend WABI. Go make your research, it's a promising coin. If you already invest all your money into those 3 coins, well just hold them, forget for a few years, come back, claim profit.

There are many hurdles in this year on all crypto currencies. There are many people really worry about the bitcoin and other crypto currencies price and as you said this should be recovered in the price chart. Since I am holding around 0.78 btc and 0.34 eth. I would really looking to see the both alone at least bump in the marketplace buddy. If there any dump further in the market more, I may some more ethereum in upcoming days.

If you have entered cryptoworld on this year or on last quarter of of 2017 then you will able to find out that this is really a very complicated thing to invest on cryptocurrencies because last year and this new year the price do move tremendously. Investing on any coins will really have the risk on losing investment. I have seen your holdings which it would be more worth if you diversify it to maximize possible profits.

[I'm on HITBTC, COINBASE, CRYPTOPIA, GDAX, Coinexchange, Mercato, and YOBIT..and I'm a little nervous about buying..and I don't know anything about what trading is yet]   :-\

Just money and knowledge are not enough for a business. Indeed require stable attitude and mind towards your business. Either you loose or win, get it as an experience. Take every move as an experience. Tune and channel your emotions and thought process towards your business. Spend more time in studying the growth trend of the coins you have chosen. You take your decision.

I think you chose the right coins to invest, those were all good coins and can give you profit. You should hold those coins especially bitcoin and don't worry because those coins were promising and for sure it will increase higher.

Instead of using the time to check the best altcoins in the market you can directly invest on the bitcoin or ethereum. That will only works better bro. You may see the bump on the market small cheap alts but that is big and effective like how bitcoin show in future or present. I will mostly asks people to invest on bitcoin alone.
Because of the many project owners we all are suggesting the altcoins too.

If you want to engage in trading you need to have enough courage because it is not difficult to learn about it but it is risky. Just trade the amount that you can afford to lose if ever. Why not you try to invest in bitcoin for long term and then invest also into other coin which is you can earn profit. Dont forget to keep on reading here even in every news so you can learn more about cryptocurrency.

I think those 3 coins are good as beginner and you can stay at that investment.
If you want more challenge then try to research more altcoin and it might be giving you more profit.

I think You need to be very careful about this platform, day by day this platform is getting expanded all around the world and a lot of people are becoming involved in trading and investment. So that you need to select after checking out very carefully what ICO or Coin you choose.
because of the decentralized platform, You need to take a lot risk if you want to make money form this platform.

The tone of your verse seems you will succeed in journeying of this crypto world. I advise never stop asking a help or guide before you make single investment. A lot good guy out there willing to share their success stories. When buying coins, it's better you chose the topmost listed coins in your preferred exchanges.

Beware of pump and dumps. When everyone starts to talk about a coin, believe me, you're late.

If by any chance you are in a pump and dump chat, you're an outlier. The inner rings get in before they announce and are waiting for you to buy high for them to cash out.

Take your time, select coins with good caps. Filter them by  their teams (well, some of them get paid just to be mentioned) and primary, the quality of their project: are they going to solve a real life problem? Is there any alternative solution already running?

Trust your guts/hunch.

Do some research on exchanges as well because some exchange are just there to accept any coin coming to them without proper scrutiny to see the life and team behind the coin.

The coin today supply sometimes helps to the growth of a coin.
