Many of us here have, why don't preorders work, unless you mean they sell out before you can grab the miner you want?  As long as you get your order in I havent heard anything along the lines of straight not delivering

so to buy what you want for a reasonable price is a matter of luck

I tried to make preorders several times, but they never replied. need to try again, i guess

They don't reply to requests.  You have to go to their website order, and pay for equipment which it sounds like you haven't done, just like anything else you buy off the internet?

Yeah these orders sell out quick.  I guess I can say check their twitter or other social media outlets to get notice when they release a new batch.

Yes, I've purchased miners successfully in the last 4 batches. I have found batches are released about 8 p.m. East Coast time which would be 8 or 9 a.m. China time. Their website is not great, meaning it's slow. But be patient. Once you get them in the cart you're set as long as you have the coin to pay for it that evening

It's hit or miss depending on the overall demand at the time they release the batch. I've seen S9's sit available for almost a week. Same with L3+'s. With all the media attention to mining lately, the entire planet is trying to become Crypto miners. This brings in parasites that grab up 100's of units at a crack to sell to the aftermarket for 3 and 4 times the original price. Overall the process works and the company is sound. They just have a very different way of doing business. It takes tremendous patience and discipline to deal effectively with Bitmain. Personally I have had an excellent experience with this company. I can give you a hint. They respond much better to Honey than Salt.
