Perhaps someone can shed some light on my problem/situation. On the 22/12/17 I placed a order to buy (then B3). I bought quite a bit but it did not show on my CM wallet at that stage. Figured it was stuck and left it. Now (obviously CM is down) but I saw on the deposit page that it did come into my account (the amount I bought) and it was deposited into my CM wallet "12/23/2017 11:12:44". This could be due to the switch (b3-KB3??) As far as I can recall when I placed my order it was still labelled as "B3". Here is where its gets funny... On the block explorer (hash: f1e06e5244ca89b0cc8286a5db29cbc00c245142ba6ff9d725ba3f3493880bf3) i can see it credited my wallet, but immediately left my account again. Now obviously I cant check/verify my wallet balance due to CM being offline. BUT, I cannot recall seeing this balance visible on the site prior to it going offline (2nd/3rd of JAN). Once CM is back up and running, would a support ticket be of any use? Is there anything that can be done regarding this? (We all know that the CM situation is 50/50, I'm asking in the hopes they come back online.) I am relatively new to trading online, but some advise would be greatly appreciated. |
