My fee for escrowing will be 0.0005BTC, or 0.8% of the transaction (whichever is greater). Funds will be held in a P2SH nested SegWit address, allowing for lower transaction fees than 'traditional' addresses.
With a fee of $6.699, it is very likely that it will cost you more $ in fees to spend the UTXO than its value (at >300sat/byte; at 100-ish, it would be 1/3 of your fee in transaction fees). You should reconsider going for '0.001' ($13), which is much lower than most escrows anyway.

Fair enough, but I'm not in a huge rush to spend the fees I get (mostly to help people anyway), and the network should clear out eventually, and when it does, I'll probably just do a low fee transaction to consolidate. I think I will increase it a little bit though in case I mess up my coin selection to make it not cost me more to send though.

I would like to vouch for him he held more than 4 btc worth of collateral for the loans i took which were worth around 3btc
Also used him as an escrow couple of times i would recommend to use him as an escrow because of low fees and a really smooth transaction

Hello,
I’m a new member and looking for mostly for bulk Ebay gift cards through a secure escrow.
I wonder if you do work on an escrow for digital goods such as  Ebay.
Payment by BTC

I don't believe it's possible to verify that an eBay gift card has a balance, so unfortunately I can't help.

Wow, super cheap escrow!  I hadn't seen this before.  I occasionally get escrow offers where my minimum fee makes up a ridiculous amount of the total.  I'll have to start directing them your way.

Hey man, are you still involved in escrow service? Will maybe need a service in the coming few days! Thanks!

Watch out for imposters!
I'm aware of at least one person that is pretending to be me on Telegram. Always make sure my Telegram username is correct if we talk over there (@darkstarftw), and always ask for signed messages. Feel free to PM me as well if you have any concerns.

DarkStar's Escrow Service

I've gotten a few requests to escrow from people, so I figured I'd make an announcement thread for clarity and to help more people if needed, as I have a bit more free time now.
My fee for escrowing will be 0.0005BTC, or 0.7% of the transaction (whichever is greater). The transaction fee will also be paid by a party involved with the transaction, and is not included in my fee. For non-profit community events, such as prediction pools, I will not charge an escrow fee.

Funds will be held in a P2SH nested SegWit address, allowing for lower transaction fees than 'traditional' addresses.

I can directly hold any coin supported by TREZOR (https://doc.satoshilabs.com/trezor-faq/overview.html), the hardware wallet I will use when escrowing for security as well as Byteball. I *may* be willing to hold other coins for your trade, but it will vary. Please PM me for more info.

I will deal with almost any trade, as long as it is legal. I will not handle physical trades, or bitcointalk account sales. (subject to change)

Security
- All escrow addresses will my signed by my staked address (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.msg16251786#msg16251786) (1DarkStrRagcDjWtsPGxkav4WG3poLXzDS) and/or my PGP Key. (https://keybase.io/darkness) Always ask for at least one if I do not provide one.
- Funds will be held on my hardware TREZOR wallet, so even if I were to get a virus, your funds should still be safe. (except for Byteball)

Why Should I Trust You?
You can check my trust feedback page (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=507936) to get an overview of my trade history.
- I've held upwards of 8 BTC for the ChipMixer signature campaign (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1935179.msg19217989#msg19217989) I manage
- Held collateral for my lending service (now closed) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1339521.0)
- Held various amounts for other campaigns I've managed.
- Held upwards of 5 BTC for my new lending service as collateral (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3243635.0)
- I am currently one of five keyholders for the forum's 500 BTC multisig address. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=155000.0)

Yup, I'm still offering escrow services. Depends on what the trade is for though, I can't escrow everything.

I am temporarily pausing my escrow service. Going to be very busy so won't have a ton of time to dedicate for escrow transactions unfortunately.
