1. How influential is a modern, clean design aesthetic to you your decision to trade on the platform? 2. How influential is the advanced/sophisticated trading feature capabilities to you using the platform? 3. How often do you use advanced trading features versus simple? (buy/sell/market order versus stop loss/candles/moving average etc) 4. How important is for you to know the geographic location of the company? 5. How important is it for you to know who the leadership team is? (name, bio, pic)? 6. How important is it for you to know review average of platform? 7. How important is it for you to know security specifics that deter hacking? 8. How important is it for you to know they have responsive customer support? 9. What about a platform influences you the most? 10. What about a platform influences you the least? 10. Other. What else can you say about User Experience for platforms? Thanks! It`s not very convenient for the people to answer your questions all at once. By the way,i don`t think that this is the right place to post such surveys.There are other forum boards about this. I would answer all the questions that start with "how important/influential" with one answer-Very important/influential. :) |
