I registered on my Poloniex account and submit documentation over 1 week ago but my verification is still pending. Do you have any suggestion on what could i do to speed up the proccess? Thanks Hi Rejarul, Poloniex uses an automated system to verify customer information, while this is very efficient for privacy it has some down sides, unless the pictures are sharp and documents perfectly readable the system will fail. Keep in mind you need a pc with webcam (mandatory) otherwise it will fail, then you have to take a picture of your id or driving license and then a photo of your face. Post by: Tromso on January 11, 2018, 01:36:10 PM I've been waiting to get verified for close to one month now. I opened a support ticket on the 17th Dec but haven't heard a word from them. My account was opened in early 2014.
