My bitcoin withdrawal is stuck. two days they still have the hash id network. Is there a problem with mercatox or just me? I already confirm in my email upob requesting withdrawal.

oh sh...! :-( I´ve trade an altcoin today at Mercatox in bitcoin.
Then I made withdrawal of more than 0,04 BTC.
It´s at processing now :-( since more than 7 hours...

I made a support ticket yesterday but there is no feedback yet. they do not have any announcement that their system is in trouble I think we have a scam of mercatox for almost four days that I am waiting for the mercatox without knowing my withdrawal. Guys do u have official email of mercatox?

this sucks i used them not to long ago with no issue at all. hope it is just a issue and not a exit scam

there are many people who are experiencing the same thing not just withdraw on bitcoin but on other coins too? Their support might be flooded with tickets. I hope they resolve to your issue soon.

Me too. my withdrawal btc still stuck for 3 days. I dont know what should do. just wait for the mercatox clarification and there are too many people have same issues.

newbies in the market , they don't understand the load from last month many exchanges facing , these noobs get panick very fast .

if you want instant withdrawal then use wex.nz exchange , they use high gas for their txn . or use a exchange where customer support is good .

this is terrible my transaction is stuck for days & thousands of ppl cant withdraw from 2-4 weeks ago STILL no withdraw. my status is "paid" so i cannot cancel it but its stuck in processing & No hash ever was given. this is really serious tonns of people with big cash in coins are all stuck. im hopeing its not a total scam but wow wtf?

Yep same here, been waiting for a BTC withdrawal since the 20th - status says "Paid" but there's no record on the blockchain explorer at all.

I think it's just demand/scaling issues on Mercatox rather than something sinister, still really annoying though.

There is no hope and it's a matter of time before mercatox close shop many people are now complaining we must get this message on all channels so they will not scam other people again, this is another yobit in the making but they are much worse than Yobit.

I tried to with withdraw my BTC from mercatox worth 0.075BTC and 0.079BTC since I have two different accounts. I never received this amount in my wallet. My transaction date is June 11, 2020 and until now (June 25), they did not send me my BTC. In my transaction history, it says processing and not paid. But I think i'm waiting for nothing since there is no hash. I hope they rectify this issue because I really need these money.

This is unfortunate. Can you make a separate scam accusation thread for this? So people will take it seriously and tag mercatox accts here, if there's any. You are a brand new account so following the guidelines to post a scam thread would be helpful to your case. Because they might ignore this post without necessary proofs. Who knows, mercatox will resolve your case.

You need to do this as soon as possible. the longer you wait, the less chance you will get your funds back

It's really bad thing for any reputated exchange.I used Mercatox for 2 years and I hadn't face any problem like this.But when I saw some bad reviews then I realized that this exchange isn't suitable at all.Again I have tried to reach support team but they didn't reply.
So I think everyone should avoid these types of non suitable exchanges.
