It's not too late, you can still learn about Bitcoin and earn some. The available supply will keep growing up to 21 million. Feel free to learn about other alt coins as well since there's more to this ecosystem besides Bitcoin.

You can buy fractions of a Bitcoin.  You don't have to purchase an entire Bitcoin.  Buy whatever you can afford and you're officially invested in Bitcoin.

Beware of altcoins though because most of them just copied Bitcoin's code and made some tweaks to it.  If they ever get as big as Bitcoin, they will run into the same scaling and fees issue Bitcoin is currently experiencing and trying to fix.

Oh come on when you see the value of bitcoin in the market it is still by far has the highest selling price and still have not go down in the 10,000 US dollar marked so stopped being so negative and buy now so that you will not have any regrets in trusting in bitcoin because as far as I am concerned many influential are taking a look at the bitcoin so there is still a high probability that the demand and price of bitcoin will go up than its current value.

You are not too late, and you are certainly not late in the scope of cryptocurrency. As for the questions, bitcoin hasnt maxed its supply yet. A bit over 16 million coins are in exist and 21 million can ever be in the market. It is released little by little, to fight against inflation.

People don't realize that bitcoin goes out 8 decimal places. Right now (1 BTC=$13,899) at current prices you can still buy 72 satoshis for $0.01. You'll be too late when you can't buy the smallest unit of Bitcoin with a large amount of money.

Everyone claims to be "late" on something that started 9 years ago which for me is still a short time to lay on the fundamentals of a successful tech. If you only want to learn and not get involved too deeply, you can start now and ready as much as you can. The cryptocurrency field is growing and thriving, and is still a fresh addition to the world's economy and groundbreaking tech so there are still subject matters that are yet to be discussed. It is ever evolving, so I don't think someone would be "late" in studying it. As for the case of the number of bitcoins, 21 million is the hard cap, and is assumed to be exhausted by 2140 (which is still over a century from now). It will never change, and changing it might depend on the future developments made on the coin.

You may be late for bitcoin but not for altscoins!

You're going to be late for investing in a good amount of altcoins, because if you are to look at the altcoins in the top 50 -- mostof them have multipled multiple times over in their price, showing that they're without a doubt overvalued and are going to drop at some point when the market finally corrects FOR ALTCOINS

This is bound to happen at some point, and all of this money will seep into the trusted bitcoin as a safe place, where it will most likely peek AGAIN.

For me it is never late to invest with bitcoin you can always start with huge amount of money to fund your tradings or any other things that you wish to do with bitcoin,  the time to educate yourself might be long  but It should be worth it. Also if you feel that you don't want to use bitcoin, you can always look for other altcoins though the price is low they are still profitable and people are also looking forward to investing their money into the other leading altcoins maybe because they saw the potential of it to follow bitcoin. There is so many ways to use bitcoin and altcoins , It is a complicated thing , and surely you will lose large amount of money if you are not careful, so better educate yourself before you start your journey with bitcoin  :) :)

No, it is not a problem at all. Actually, on the contrary, it is best that the supply of Bitcoin is fixed and will not in any way grow in numbers. Because of that, the value is the one that will grow, not the supply. And of course, you are not too late to buy some Bitcoins. There are always Bitcoin available for buying. Please know that it is being traded with a very huge volume everyday 24/7. Do not worry about the price, it is rising fast.

Yeah, you are a little bit latecomer to this platform. Day by day Bitcoin price is increasing because of the demand is increasing. Since the supply of Bitcoin is not limited so that Bitcoin price will rise again and again. If the bitcoin supply is the main indicator of this price rate.
I also regret joining at the high moment, If I would join in the year of 2016 then I could gain a lot of Bitcoin at a low price, but else... I didn't do that.

Yes buying bitcoin for now is late because its too expensive at this time you should buy at low price wayback 6 years ago but who knows price will go up to 100x from its current value like many speculations that it will reach $1m thats not impossible why? if we go back in July 2010 price is  only $0.08 imagine after 7 years from $0.08-$15k?? its kinda impossible but it happened.

if the total supply of bitcoin increases, the investor's confidence will decrease, and there will be panic sell,

You will be late if you do not take an action today. Bitcoin's rise is so big now compared to previous years, but it's really going up. So while its value is not yet high, invest now while there's a time to buy a Bitcoin in a cheaper price.

Unfortunately you are late to Know about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the most advanced crypto currency.  The profit of Bitcoin is more than any other currency. If you just see the last year then you will see the increasement of the price of Bitcoin. Last year it increased upto 700$ in just one year. Which currency has such a profit?? Day by day Bitcoin is becoming famous. So, many countries are accepting Bitcoin positively and also many companies started to trade with Bitcoin. To me trading with Bitcoin is far more easy and more comfortable than any other currency.
Though you are late with Bitcoin but it is not finished yet. Try earning Bitcoin and investing with it...

Not late for altscoins, altscoins are never late to invest, I have an example for you, get ready for it, I'm not usually a person who'd brag about his achievements, having stress about being late to profit from Bitcoin? no worries, I'm a *dev and I know what I'm doing, I would recommend activity tokens (note, for bounty participants, since I'm advertising myself, I'd be taking money from your potential shares[1]).

I've earned more than 2 Bitcoins so far in the past 2 years, I have no regret of spending them, it was a good price and I needed the money at the time, people have these regrets.
I never had imagined a giant leap from $2000 and see Bitcoin at $17000 in a few months, now it could be around the same prices for a while, though going higher and even reach 3X in a few weeks wont surprise me.

[1]= refer to my bounty thread for advertising the next Bitcoin a.k.a activity token.
Disclaimer= I'm holding 20.6M from 21M total supply, they are safer with me than with you.
(One more thing, I've heard girls, ladies talking about being late, when I read the title here, I was reminded of how pathetic I am, never had the chance to have a girl or at least a paid prostitute telling me that "I'm late").

* refer to activity project, a colossal undertaking.

Yup, Bitcoin supply is just finite and the maximum supply we can get is 21,000,000 BTC, And right now the circulating supply is 16,800,050 BTC we can be sure if there is an ending process for mining bitcoin and if the supply of bitcoin is infinite then it will be worthless and will be rejected by the network that is why it is had a certain amount of supply that can be mined, But the number of value of bitcoin is not defined yet and yet to be stabilize,

For OP if you really want to invest with bitcoin you are not too late yet and you can still catch up and start by earning with other coins, there are still hope on other cryptocurrency.

That kind of mindset in the beginning will get you nowhere. How many people claims that they are late when bitcoin price went $5,000 last year? And yet bitcoin goes to $19,000 and then settling at today's price. If those people didn't enter the market, they have lost a lot of opportunity to earn a lot of money. So if I where you I will enter the market as soon as I can and realized your profits later. It's never too late, let me tell you. There are good potential profits in the future. You just have to patience and hold on your bitcoin. Try to enter the market and see how it goes for you, let say in about 3-6 months and get back here and tell us if we made the wrong suggestion.

It's still not too late to buy Bitcoin. Because in the long term Bitcoin will grow tens of times. However, in the short term, you can wait for the end of correction, and buy it to make your future happy. :)

With much pumping from media last december there are many new people that are coming in hopes to earn something out of this and they are scared to enter, simply scared. They have a feeling that price is to high, but if you look before same thing applies when price reached 2k I was like starting to think it will dump since there is a lot of uncertainty when price reaches new ATH. Same thing when it went 5k$ and even I expected big dump after 10k but it went like to 20k and now its trading above 10k.

You simply never know and as you say secret is with holding. Never invest more than you are afford to lose. Simply buy bitcoin or some alt with good potential and hold, come back in few months and check the price - this is easiest approach because emotions are killer in this game.

You're not to late in fact right now is good time to buy!

Always try to buy at a dip in price.

BTC will very likely hit 100k this year and settle in around 50k this time next year.

Reason being is the USD is inflated toast...they are living on borrowed time.

You simply cannot keep inflating a currency into perpetuity.

The USD days of being the global fiat are rapidly seeing their end.

Is it too late to buy Bitcoin?
The short answer is no one knows. Unless you can time travel, maybe.
Just a few years ago, bitcoin was worth pennies. Investors could be forgiven for writing it off as a fad.
Maybe bitcoin will keep racking up quadruple-digit gains in the years ahead... maybe it won’t. But for its younger, cheaper altcoin cousins, the sky’s the limit.

No I don't think so. There is no problems at all. At the beginning bitcoin price was lower as compared to present situation. Now it's  very costly, this is the main difference. But it doesn't mean that you are too late. There is no issues regarding supply. So you can go with bitcoin without any doubt & you can buy some other crypto currencies also. You have to take the advantages of crypto currencies. Go ahead....

Its never too late for you to invest, use and learn bitcoin. It is better if you will start learning bitcoin as soon as possible. Bitcoin's price nowadays is very huge in amount and still have the capability to increase it more thats why the earlier you start in bitcoin, the larger the amount of profit or earnings you can have. Just always remember to maximize your knowledge first so that you can also have maximum amount of earnings.

The thing is they bought bitcoin for about 200 dollars but now bitcoin already ranges from 17,000-20,000 dollars. So it is really a bad thing that I didn't know bitcoin more earlier.

No, you're not too late. Users of cryptocurrency, especially bitcoin, are still relatively small when compared with the current human population. This limited amount causes the bitcoin price to be very high, indicating that demand is greater than supply. You can buy bitcoin, a great opportunity open, if you have the capital. In addition to bitcoin, you can also try altcoin. Many altcoins are profitable today. Altcoin also brings a lot of profit.

The best time to learn about Bitcoin is in 2009, when Satoshi published it. The second best time is now ;) It's never too late. Btw your statement is false. There are more Bitcoin right now than there are 9 years ago. The supply is constantly growing, about 12.5 BTC per 10 minutes right now, until it reaches 21 Million supply. That's the maximum supply that very unlikely to change.

What do you mean 'late' to learn about bitcoin? Dude, in this world there is no late to learn. Everything you can accomplish by trying hard to learn about bitcoin. Exactly yes, the amount of bitcoins just revolves around 21 million and is now mined about 16 million and more. But you should know to get bitcoin not just mined, can be another way. You can try with Investment in bitcoin, but you have to spend capital to buy bitcoin and hodl for long term or short term. Then you can get bitcoin by way trading, that is you buy when the price is decreased then sell it when the price is increased. And the last one, you can join with the signature campaign in this forum. And it all needs a process, and the process you have to learn about bitcoin.

Who said that? Nothing is too late even though you are learning and the supply of bitcoin has run out. There are still many other potentially similar coins and there are still many benefits you can get from other coins.
Well, I guess it's not possible to increase the supply of bitcoin, because it's limited in number, that's what gives bitcoin a value more valuable than other coins.

I agree with you, there is no harm in trying. Because of what I noticed, the growth of altcoin from year to year always increases. and it's never too late to try.
so good luck with it.

No mate you are not late. Cause bitcoin nowadays is dumping which is a chance to buy a low price just wait when bitcoin rise gradually to buy.  not now cause if you buy and hold in this circumstances you will lose some of your profits . I suggest don't eagerly just focus on the market cap to prevent loses.

Dont think negative about bitcoin. Though your late of it but not in altcoins. Altcoins can be now lower value which is the best way to buy of it and hold it and wait it to rise again.

It is not too late if you just now recognize the bitcoin currency, don't worry about bitcoin price nowadays because it's the opportunity to buy bitcoin at low price. i suggest you do not be too negative thinking and since you're new to crypto currency you must learn on it first, do some research and read some thread or articles about bitcoin currency in this forum in order to increase your knowledge and skills. And i think you need  to improve your English language. good luck by the way.

I don't think You're too late. Now bitcoin price is acceptable to buy bitcoin. If you want to get it you have the ability to improve the financial situation. Of course it will not happen immediately. Will need some time. You can choose what currency you want to produce.

Lately I’ve seen a lot of this sentiment. Expressions as “I’m late”, “BTC is dead”, &CO, exist all over the internet. This is like the feeling of the end of the world: everybody thinking the world is going  to came to its end since the beginnings of time. Let me explain: about the year 1000AC everybody used to write about how the world was going to end. The same happened when the 2000AC was close. Last year, everybody felts (well, not everybody, just some who aren’t rich right now) they should not get BTC because it was reaching its end.
What i mean? I mean somehow is normal to human kind to think about everything going to an end, but they’re (historically) are always wrong!!!

If you want to learn about something, then begin to read, look for some good information.  Of course here in the forum you can learn a lot about BTC but I should say: if you’re already convinced it is too late for BTC then study another staff of use, but if you want to learn about anything, just remember NEVER is too late. And if anybody tell you so, then hurry up!!
