edit 2: in germany you have to pay no taxes on bitcoin price gains if you hold them longer than a year. when you are holding shares or bonds a 25 % tax has to be paid on gains.

It has always been that way though. (No new laws have been made.)

no, reichsmark were in place since 1924.

Awesome news! Seems that the current election campaigns bring some good spirit with them :) Let's see, how it is after the elections.
