Title: Can't find my BTC Post by: yogi06 on January 14, 2018, 06:35:05 PM I have purchased i BTC form a friend and requested in my coinpayments wallet. He sent it yesterday and shows more than 80 confirmations on blockchain info but still not showing in my wallet neither in pending transactions nor in deposit history. And also when i checked again on blockchian info with my wallet address now its showing that going out from my wallet 1BTC but neither i have received nor i have sent.

You'll have to open a support ticket and write to them that your transaction that was confirmed has not been credited to your wallet on their site. They're the only ones that can help you. Title: Re: Can't find my BTC Post by: michelinstar on January 15, 2018, 08:33:42 PM The same thing sometimes happens with Bitfinex, when I send a deposit, see many confirmations within 2-3 days, coins have already been spent after the first confirmation but deposit has not been done.
