Title: Fraud bitcoin and etherium transactions

Guys ,
I need expert advices how anyone can recover from fraud
Had to call Customer care with fraud number (obviously didn’t knew )
They had made the withdrawal
I have transaction ids for btc and eth
If someone can help me I can pay for the service

Please let me know guys

The other side of decentralisation is that nothing can be done.
No one owns either blockchain.
As long as the transactions were valid then it's a valid transaction accepted by the network and is immutable, no matter where the funds were from or what the transaction was for.

Sorry for your loss but there's nothing you can do.

I believe that the transaction itself isn't a fraud. If I understood correctly, he is saying that he has fallen for a fraud, thus the transaction wasn't made by him and he want's to "cancel it" just like you can do with bank transfers made by an unauthorised individual. Which is impossible with Bitcoin.

If a Bitcoin transaction gets confirmed, it's irreversible and valid. There is no "fraud transaction".
