I calculated the probabilities of this game:

Level   Reward   Probability    Expected Return
1       bet x1.2   80%            0.96
2       bet x1.4   64%            0.896
3       bet x1.6   51.2%         0.8192
4       bet x2      40.96%       0.8192
5       bet x2.5   32.76%       0.8192
6       bet x3      26.21%       0.7864
7       bet x4      20.97%       0.8389
8       bet x5      16.77%       0.8389

So, you can see that the game's payout is really sweet at 96% , if you just keep taking the winnings after first level.
Although the more fun way is to try your luck and get the the last level :)

If you find this advice useful... Please play the game using this link  :D

I use mybitcoin and it doesn't give me information about payers. Please give me your userID.
For me it works correctly. Do you click the "Take bet" button?) Or your browser doesn't process my site correctly...

userID=38361

I was hitting take bet then id win then it would just reset and never updated the balance and when i lost the balance would go down.  Im running maxthon its based of ie kinda so should work on almost all sites.

This game is so freaking fun.  I keep going back.

I won a few rounds, lost a few rounds over the last 3 or 4 days.  I'm even now, more or less.  I was up 1BTC, but I just HAD to go back and play again, and I lost it.   :)

Doing good there? Does that mean he's doing good at the game and not giving you the bonuses, or he's doing good at losing and you're getting a lot of bonuses?

I think the referrer gets a fraction of the referree's losses, am i right?

My understanding is he gets 5% of the rounds I lose.  I may come out ahead in the long run, but I'll still lose a lot of rounds.  And he gets 5% of that.

It's a damn addicting game  :)

I wouldn't congratulate him for losing! I meant after some big bets he still ends up quite even, more or less. Which is a good thing, considering the odds are a little bit against you.

Unfortunately, I didn't have that much luck when I played...
So.. may be you can look at this as: I lose money to house... House lose money to you... and You lose a small fraction of it back to me :)

It was discussed in old topic. probably there is more than 1 sequence possible, but it's almost impossible... try to find at least one sequence which would give the same md5 hash. If you find I will use sha256 or I will add even more random characters :)
I need this random characters to prevent reversing the hash. Because without this characters, it would be possible to bruteforce all possible combinations.

would you believe me if I used zip-archive? This archive would contain txt file with the result and some random characters, but pass from this archive would be shown after the game.

Or offer me another way to prove the honesty.

it's not a matter if I believe it or not, but if the game will sound credible to your customers
maybe you can try with a very complex hashing and a max time to play the game, with no random characters
some 3rd party auditing may help too, I'm not a crypto expert

This is pretty much the only way to do it. A maxmimum time won't help, since someone could very easily create a rainbow table with near-instant searches. All you'd need to do is create all the hashes yourself (that's 8^5 hashes, meaning 32768 hashes) which would only take a second or two. Then you'd store these in a table or text file, start playing, look up the hash in your table or text file, and then you have the correct solution.

The random characters are needed. For him to alter the sequence and mix the random characters and STILL get the same hash are pretty hard! Using SHA-2 type hash would make it near impossible.

Also, last deposit I lost after hitting the mine on the first line five times in a row... can I blame that on the payment processor...?  :P

Thanks, vitsum, for clearing that up!

Still not sure what happened, but he gave me the benefit of the doubt and I was reimbursed.

which I promptly lost on his game :)

currently depositing a little more, hopefully it works this time!

But I do have to say, I did see a problem that one other user was reporting.  Sometimes I click "take bet" and it doesn't give the winnings.  Just gives my bet back, without the extra *2 or *4 or whatever.  Happened a couple of times... otherwise high addictive.  I will lose all my BTC to this I'm sure !!!

Hello, I am having an issue trying to withdraw my money. It tells me my bitcoin addres is invalid everytime I try to withdraw. My user id is 34670. If I could have some help resolving this issue it would be nice, I know that my addres I am trying to use is valid because I have used it several times before.

Edit: I came back later entered the same bitcoin addres and it went through, I'll assume it was just a small host error.

You both understand that you were just unlucky. The game is fair and show you a cryptographic proof of the solution to the puzzle before the start. Look at the bottom of the page you will see something like this :
md5(datastring):e57b6b9b8ea13825a29d6e1184025ace
datastring:(4,4,3,2,3,5,5,4)o9HUzHso2JXddjopiDxgmySZhjgK9cvma4

True. But as per the education I received on #bitcoin-otc yesterday, MD5 is quite easily prone to collisions. He could potentially be using pre-computed tables of colliding strings and switching them up dynamically based on what you choose. There are MD5 collision generators (http://"http://www.win.tue.nl/hashclash/") available. I'm not making any accusations here, merely pointing out that this is possible.

this isn't true, the site is provably fair, you can verify the generated hash at http://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator

New section - new topic :) (old topic (http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=7510.0))

Bitcoin-Kamikaze.com.

It is absolutely free to try it. Click Free Play and play without risk of losing (but without chance of winning bitcoins)
It is a game where it is very easy to win (4/5 chance of winning).
Proof of not cheating (sha256 hash of resulting string is shown before any play)
Chat with other players.

Please don't try it :)

Is this one coming back?

I visit it now and it just shows a generic ad page.

Vitsum, if you're not interested in running this anymore, can I buy the domain and/or site off you? (and redirect to http://bitcoinkamikaze.com ). Thanks.
