I dont really understand how this year would be a blockchain's year?
But this year is an alts year more alts dominance is expected in the whole year and yes artificial intelligence based projects is coming this year plus the internet of things,these are the new breed of projects that we should watch this year.

A lot of people say for some reason exactly that in 2018 there will be a very large influx of people and that this spring there will be a very large growth of the entire national currency, so I think that this year something really great will happen

Many ICO projects of 2017 year will start to show their real working alpha/beta products. And I suppose, that there will be a real interesting developments.

We saw the beginnings of mainstream interaction with crypto in the second half of last year. I'm sure this will continue through 2018 and beyond. Yes, I think this will be a big year, even bigger than last year.

The Cryptocurrency  era and revolution has began so 2018 is not the only year but it has already started in 2017  :)

and i prefer calling 2018 the year of cryptocurrencies instead of using "blockchain" because there are projects that are currently out there without the blockchain. and that gives them an edge and although they are not so popular in general, i do believe that this is the way forward in the future. to remove blockchain entirely.

I am also thinking like this only before these issues of baning bitcoin in China and South corea. So better we need some days to decide it.

There is definitely more awareness on blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in general. It would be difficult to pin point a year or designate a year for that.
There are still a lot of uncertainties in the crypto world, and regulators are still trying to figure out how to regulate this space. Nevertheless, it is definitely growing.

Yeah I think people are just now figuring out blockchain so it is too early to say it'll be the year of blockchain. I do agree that it's growing fast and that's a good thing!

I've heard a lot of predictions form other peoples about 2018. Some of them told that 2018 will be funeral of altcoins and crypto indeed.Another told that all prices will go up to the moon and 2018 will be year of crypto. As for me, I think blockchain develop will not stop, this is the future.

I agree with you. This year 2018, Blockchain technology will grow larger, as many people will be convinced of its capability. Many cryptocurrency doubter will give it more attention and there will be more great project. And the market will boom.

Let's hope that they really will show something, because I guess that 70% of those projects that ICO conducted, I think they will just die. And their developers will start to conduct ICO again, I to that that now a lot of a scam, even despite all solidity of the project.

Do you really think this is the year of Blockchain? Well, it has been already started several years ago it just that continuing now, better developments and uptrend progress. But I don’t trust all newly projects created by now and start doing a crownfunding because almost are just a scam. After gathering donations and contributions they suddenly disappear as bubble, promises are all gone.

The huge benefit that come alongside blockchain technology is on the increase. More people, organization, businesses etc are becoming aware of the importance of blockchain so there is no doubt 2018 will record a massive support for blockchain technology.

I think that the year 2018 will indeed be productive in terms of the blockchain industry. A lot of work is planned, a lot of hopes and expectations. If even half of the projects fulfill all that they have planned, this is a real breakthrough.

I think this year will be better than 2017 for the top tier of cryptocurrencies.  There seems to be more awareness of the potential of blockchain-based coins and the fat protocol/thin app-stack model now compared to only 1 year ago.  Just one year ago, I would hear so many people dismiss blockchain or bitcoin as a fad curiosity with no future.  I've noticed a lot more mainstream interest and discussion of viability of blockchain in the last year and especially the last 6 months.  We should see a major shift in perception this year.

Yes, I do believe it will be because many projects is coming about AI projects, crypto's and blockchain. I read some projects that the Union bank will implement blockchain to their bank for fast payment transactions and less fee when it run. And also some build AI that will surely help the community.

Blockchain is one of the latest technology that will sweep the world. It will shape how banking systems, (yes the institutions that keeps attacking bitcoin) will get the full benefits of it. There are banks that have been implement it because it can really save them a lot of time which will result on more productivity.
