At present, bitcoin transactions are taking place too much so it causes the transaction to be blocked again. I think you can check the tx code of the transaction at https://blockexplorer.com/.If the transaction has been made and your bitcoin is not yet reached, you can be assured that the transaction has been processed. If you do not have a transaction, you probably lost that money.
