More partners, means you are working hard on this project. And if you are already in talks with Gold's Gym, LA Gym and others, I think the best way to educate the gym enthusiasts is to introduce them this crypto app via the gym where they are a member of. Initially, that's tough to implement but once they experienced the benefits of dealing with cryptocurrency, then you will reap the rewards afterwards. And yes, this is the first time that I've encountered a project tackling the gym industry so good luck!
