People got warned by many,but they didnt listen they will lose a lot of money they know the risk thay they took from joining this ponzi scheme.Probably a lot of people got rekt and the founders of this scam are enjoying the money that they have stolen from people's hard earned money few weeks ago there are some news that Bitconnect received a lot of cease and desist in the U.S by that time you should be able to get out early but now its too late,i pitty those who got rekt by this scheme.

Some people aren't convinced I guess. After all admitting a mistake of something the whole crypto community warned about for days at a time for over a year isn't easy?

i am very quite doubtful with their investment scheme like holding your money for a months or a quarter, it seems like a ponzi scheme and i was never get wrong at last the bitconnect officially shutdown because they ran out funds.

This is end of ponzi scheme, Im so lucky because i sold all BCC coin 1 month ago after i know the price of REgal coin drop alot. All lending coin will scam because they are only use ponzi scheme to pay profit of their member. Now i never join similar program again because i dont want my referral lose their money again, for the better make investment in ICO that has legit product.

I wonder if KuCoin will be shutdown soon as well.

Quite predictably, how the project with ponzi scheme (and all know about that) even reached capitalization of 2.6 billion.

 So many trying to pump it back up again, don't think its cuz they see value in it, guessing they got stuck holding big bags of poo that they're hoping to shill off... feel sorry for some, they should've seen it coming... sadly, these kinds of lessons will likely have to be learned a few more times before people start making companies earn an investment by offering a solid product.. so much garbage out there.. any why would anyone invest in bccx next??

It went down to 5$, and whoever bought at 5$ did a great deal since now he can sell at 25$ - in the day of a general bloodbath of all alts this is not too bad :)

its still a ponzi, i wouldnt buy it even if it was down to $1 at some point. Rather just put my money in coins with solid fundamentals and actual products/business model.

Ive heard many people invest in bitconnect and really lose a lot. Im glad I didnt fall in this ponzi scheme that after all they had shutdown its service. So before investing we really need check the best to put out money.

I wouldn't either, by the way, my policy is to buy only coins which I like and make a sense for me, even for short time trading, so that something goes wrong and I become a bagholder of devaluated coins I am happy to hold them long term anyway.
Nevertheless, the guys who bought at 5$ made 5X, and people who bought it at 25$ probably lost their money TWICE today since they probably already were Bitconnect bagholders before.  :D

I never understood why people invested in this. Such a scam from the get go. I hate it for them but I saw many warning posts and they should have listened.....

This time bitconnect worth only doubled digit and it has been decreasing a lot since the halt of lending and exchange platform already announced by the scammers. It's decreasing more than 10x just in some days and what the hell is that. So many people still support this scam coin and what was happened with that? It doesn't make sense at all at least they are all a part from the shills.

I can't believe BCC is still trading at $28.  That's pretty crazy.

Well I didn't expect they gonna go bankrupt, I was planning to join in few more days and I still collecting money to join but really surprised me when they post the notice to withdraw before they closed.

I used to advise others to avoid this kind of project (using ponzi schemes), but my advice was not heard and even I was attacked by bitconnect lovers. Now the thing I fear so far has happened and I think this is the end of bitconnect.

Well thats very good news,that ponzi scheme has ended earlier than i expected,hope people that was victim of this scheme learned their lessons.

Now the project is known as Bit-disconnect. 

Look how many of us foreseen this moment yet a lot of investors suffered from losing their wealth.
But it's pretty predictable, the road map and their whitepaper, they should have seen this coming.

Well today I am not sure what time the price for their BCC coin was updated on their website similar to one on coinmarketcap (~$34).  People were able to log into the exchange and exchange BCC to BTC and withdraw whatever it comes out to be, which is about 10x less than a few days ago. Also, there are ways to send that BCC coins to another exchange such as OCTOIN and exchange it there.

Well this is very what we expected to happen few months ago,the one ponzi scheme that is well crafted by its greedy founders,a ponzi scheme from the start ended a ponzi,most of the people invested in this scheme probably aware to what will happen from the time they joined,.

At least, Bitconnect Team will buy back BCC at 150$, this is not real buy back but you can able to switch to their new platform and keep BCC at high value.

Everyone saw this coming even the ones who put money into bitconnect saw this coming.

Seems people love to be fucked, again, and again. They stole your money, cashed out and got rich because of greedy noobs. Now they offer to buy your shitcoin back half price (of course they can with the millions they stole), to open a new ponzi and start all over. And people are running again to give them what they still have left, claiming they are legit because they offer to compensate a little.

If they really do, get 150$ per BCC back, and estimate yourself lucky. And don't forget to tell others, so no one get robbed again.

This is a shame after all, i feel so bad for all those who invested all their money in this shitty coin, anyway, they all knew that it was a huge ponzi scheme from the very beggining.

And yes, it was dumped to $5, but it is now upto $28 each one of them.

I can not understand why there are a lot of people trying to speculate with this coin like if it was the Confido 2.0. It will only rise if the whales decide to pump it, nothing more than that.

Who ever invested in there investment plan will lose huge amount , is there are returning the investment @ current rate($ 30) or any other price .

Yes this is the best news ive ever heard this week,most of the new people are getting involved with these scams so its a good thing for all of us,another scam project was closed for good.

This is one reason why people must be really careful before putting any amount if investment especially in crypto since we all know it was not supported by the government so in this kind of situation I'm sure many will lose a big amount of money. Proper assessment must be establish and as much as possible do a lot of research before making investment because ponzi site are really making their best effort to earn from people here so better be wise

Bitconnect just like a lot of ponzi schemes have made a lot of people richer than ever and left millions others in abject poverty.
In my country years 2016 & 2017 was really a year for ponzi schemes and I have learn my lessons, millions have been lost in the bid to make more and my honest advise is; stay away from lending platforms that promises monthly returns.

I just wish bitcoinnect would die already.
It is so blatantly a ponzi scheme, and TONS of coverage showing how much of a scam shitcoin it is, and yet it lasted so long and even cracked the top 10 a couple times.
To me, it was a constant reminder on just how greedy, stupid, and depressing a lot of the "investors" of crypto have gotten.

Now, expect to see all kinds of volatililty as people try and get out, and also some try to artificially pump it and keep it going.

In that way, it's like bch.  BCH has no relevance, is just a useless copycat, but goes up and down like crazy cause people are desperate for it to be something it is not.

What would really make me happy, is if the market finally grew up and stopped pumping money into complete smoke and mirror projects.
