When you fund your account with Gigagold, it is credited to your GigaGold balance.  For example, if you fund your account with 1 Bitcoin, you have 1 GigaGold.  Regardless of whether or not you win or lose, the GigaGold is taken away from your GigaGold balance.  Obviously, if you lose, it's gone.  However, if you win, it is taken away from your GigaGold and added to your bag ALONG with your winnings.  For example, you have 1 GigaGold, bet 0.5, and win.

Site looks good and very promising.  I like the idea of investing and multiple alternative payouts.

Tried it and doubled my gigagold within some minutes.

Its great.

Im uncertain if it was designed that way, but my 0 value bets do not show up under my stats afterwards. Also, I really like the idea of being able to bet with BTC, or gigagold, but It's hard to find exactly what gigagold is worth compared to BTC- having that on the deposit button would be a good idea. I notice there are two separate drop-down options for betting with BTC and for Gigagold, but for ease on the site, would there be a way to include that all on one page, with maybe a button to toggle in between?

I just noticed you can customize the colors on the page as well- that's really neat!

I notice when I click on my profile page it says on the top "You have 100 gigagold" but elsewhere on the site it's just blank not reflecting this, so there is an issue either on the profile page displaying that, or everywhere else.

Also, if you hit the verification button, it actually logs you out and you have re-enter your information to get back on.

Site's looking clean and smooth though. All the rolls are smooth, and quick. Lag betting pisses me off, so this is good. hah.

Also, as I mentioned the balance was only reflecting in my profile section, and just blank the rest of the site-
I put in 1 for a bet, and it came out as a winner- so I went back to check my profile and it actually updated, however in the incorrect way

In regards to bets that are "0" they're not inserted into the database and I feel that they would just skew your bet history/results. I'll try and theorize a way to make it possible to incorporate both BTC/Gigagold betting on one page in the near future. The issue with being logged out is fixed, was a small error on my end. Your criticism is greatly valued, thanks again.

The exchange rate is 1:1 with MtGOX price to remedy any confusion. The deposit buttons on the Gigagold betting page automatically take in any variance in the price of BTC when you decide to purchase. I will add this to the FAQ's, my apologies.

So what you're saying is that I can deposit BTC, win monies, then withdraw monies in PayPal? What's to stop you from doing a chargeback? Where do you get market data from?

Yes, when we open officially this will be possible with Gigagold. In regards to chargebacks, it is no different then any other betting platform. It is required you trust the site to pay out once you place your bet. I'm going to infer that "Market data" is the price of BTC, in which case we use MtGOX.

Unless you're using bitstamp or some other exchange that doesn't have better, more current prices, you're going to get robbed.

Very good point, I was actually looking at switching over to BStamp but the average Bitcoin user refers to GOX so I decided not to as it may confuse some people.

Site was experience DDoS attacks, should be better now though.

I don't understand what it is worth. When I registered, I got 100 GigaGold, and you said that it 1:1 with btc?
But I don't think that you give 100 btc to every new user lol. So, I think that I missed something.

And it is strange because now:

I started with 100, and I won +90, so I should have 190, but it says 288.1 available to cash out, why?

This is because there was 100 added to both the balance and "bag" for registered users to test with.

Majority of the time my balance does not show on the gambling page- but shows in the profile page. I would also add how much is in your bag on the profile page too in case this happens.

Also, strangely, the last time I played I stopped when I had 96ish gigagold left on my account- logged back on today, and had 2 gigagold left, and the rest was in my bag. lolz.

Also, when this goes live will our balances just be erased?

Thanks for your feedback, in regards to the balance not showing it's simply a small graphical error and our developer is already on it. I will now have both the bag and balance displayed on the profile as well as the betting page. We slightly changed Gigagold and that's why your balance is off. I will manually accredit some more balance to your account. Yes, on official launch all balance will be wiped

Looked into it more and our changes to GigaGold didn't affect your balance, I think you bet 80 without realizing. This would explain why you had 2 GG left and the rest in your bag.

When will the beta finished?

Nothing is set in stone but I'd like for the BETA to last the entirety of this week.

Site was experiencing some downtime as we rolled out some updates, should be fine now. I've also made a change to investments which will be announced tomorrow.

Our investments will now be held by an escrow, more information about this will be posted on our investment page. The site now takes the price of BTC from Bitstamp rather than MTGox. Thanks a lot for everyone's suggestions and feedback thus far.

Paypal allows you to gamble in countries where it is legal to do so. In regards to the site going offline it is unfortunately getting DDoSed. I have contacted my host and we're working on mitigation.

placed a bet, wagered 80, and now when i log back in it has rolled back to before i placed and won that bet

I just took a look at your account/bet history and everything seems fine. I'm assuming you visited the wrong page by accident and viewed your gigagold balance instead of your BTC which may have caused confusion.

Every account is automatically credited with balance to play around with during our BETA. When we decide to officially open those who participated in the BETA will receive compensation.

By the way, I used a no account and tried to gamble with real bitcoins, sent 0.0001 as a test to your address with coinbase and it didn't credit.

This is due to the fact that we accredited 100 to both Gigagold and to it's bag.

site is super buggy i cant even bet on mac platform i have tried 2 different browsers chrome and safari and still nothing also there is a graphical bug that hides the amount in your balance upon hitting bet

I still don't get it, after playing with the 100 gigagold, it says I have 200 for cashout, but it says I have 0 gigagold?  Is there a balance for cashing out and the actual play money, are they separate?

Well to prevent people from funding there accounts with BTC and instantly cashing out via Paypal, PM or LTC we implemented a "bag". Any bets won will be sent your "bag" and be available for cash out.

technically this hurts your buisness because people cant keep betting so if they do 1 yolo bet and double there money they won be able to bet more(your essentially eliminating the gambling addiction which is a bad idea) on the other hand its nice as players to know some of there money wont be lost because you are not allowing them to touch the money till the cash out

Very good point, I will look to add a button which allows you to empty your bag into your balance to continue betting.

It seems a interesting DiceGame , similar to other dice games, but with the difference that we may cashout in Paypal and PerfectMoney beyond BitCoins.

if sites are properly invested with full disclosure I do not see how this is necessarily a terrible thing. Transparency is important especially when holding another players bitcoins.

My review:
I like the minimalistic view, nice concept of GigaGold/Cashout
Would be nice to have a button for "under/above"
In the complex it's nice, the options to cashout in different ways are fine.

Bug/performance report:

"Your stats" on the Bet page reports the "total profit" incorrect.
I placed 17 bets with 10x multiplier, of which I won 2. The report has my profit as -13, [games won]-[games lost]. Should be +3, [GG won]-[GG lost].

Sometimes there is a significant delay when pressing "Roll Dice" before the page updates (5-10-15 seconds).

I could only manually edit the Win Chance%, not the multiplier. When trying to edit it immediately reverts back to previous value.


Other than that, everything so far has been smooth. As many others have also pointed out, I like the minimalistic design.

Yes, BETA is pretty much done and people who have participated will be compensated when we officially launch.





I will look into the total profit glitch and see if there's anything I can do. In regards to the delay it's solely do to the server the site is hosted on and not the actual site itself, it will be cleared up prior to officially launching. I'm aware that the win chance cannot be changed and my developer is on top of it. Thank you very much for your insight, it is greatly appreciated.

Is GigaDice ready? I think it's quite ready for the launch except for that little thing of the cashout :)

It is fully functional, I'm currently working on a few things that are related to the business aspect of the site one of which incorporating Gigadice. I've already started working on some HUGE updates which will be explained in detail when we officially launch.
