No one can tell you which one is the best to mine especially without knowing anything about your hardware.

More people will start using it whenever governments around the world impose regulations on the use of crypto currency. I've personally always been a fan of Litecoin too, it's always on top in terms of marketcap and its growth seems more sustainable than other coins.
