Hi I have this Transaction

2 small transactions from november 2017 was included dunno why.
How do I get that transaction fully confirmed?
I tried to accelerator nur viabtc doesn't accelerate it.
Please I bought a birthday present and need that transaction confirmed.

You can try and use the free accelerators provided by some users in the services section (basically using Bots to send to ViaBtc and other sites) but It's not unlikely that it will confirm as the mempool is getting empty again.

I've added your transaction to ANTPOOL's free transaction accelerator and also attempted to rebroadcast it from here: https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/pushtx/. Usually viabtc's txaccelerator seems to be full and confirmtx doesn't accept transactions with more than 500 bytes of size.

Incase your transaction gets removed from the mempool by multiple nodes all you need to do is get the transaction hex and rebroadcast it:

1) https://blockchain.info/tx/4cee8bdfeef98a3c689b14215d7a37a8bed5625b3fd2262be69f4d22bc014da0?format=hex [just add ?format=hex to the end]
2) https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/pushtx/ Paste that transaction hex here, incase you notice the your txid gets removed from a couple of explorers or nodes. I'm pretty sure there will still be some nodes that re-broadcast certain transactions.

Your fee at the moment seems okay since I can see that even 5+ sat/byte transactions are being confirmed and cleared in the mempool https://dedi.jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#2h

So all I have to do now is waiting?

Free accelerator can't help you. I will put in my queue and it should be done in few hours or one day.

In order to get confirmations for your current transaction old transaction must be confirmed first,so it makes no sense to accelerate current transaction but old ones which have very low fee : https://blockchain.info/de/tx/b6bd52a5e9690eeed074df3fdbf8882bc7b40ba217f4c6bff7b3d8023dcdf688 & https://blockchain.info/de/tx/c9839eaf0c3d1e9036efe185594d41e7d52fe2c86fe9690972fabf8d7fb0210c and 3.661 sat/B is very low...

I can't accelerate this 2 on viabtc because fee is low. I merged 2 accounts that is why that low transactions are there.

If you are using a private key wallet then try rebroadcasting the transaction and see if it works. Or else request the receiver to add some fees using CPFP. The last resort sometimes can be to delete the transaction and send it again with higher fees.

I don't know why this people give you wrong leads but wait for 1 day and tx will be confirmed.

Oh thats a bit of an issue now. So all your reliance now is on paid BTC accelerators because I don't really expect anything from blockchain support they are far too useless in support. Here are a few threads which do some paid/free acceleration try contacting them and see if it works:
