Ledger Nano S is hardware wallet. So you can only store your coins on it, for safe purpose. For Trading, you must have an exchange account. There are many exchanges for you, choose one that you think it's best.

All ERC20 tokens are stored on Ledger? Or Ledger just encrypt access to the MEW???

You are right hardware wallets doesn't support all the coins but OP need to be more clear that what coins are he trading or holding. Then the people can suggest the best wallets.OP already got Ledger Nano S so he can store most of the reputed coins in it.But for trading he needs to use the exchange's wallet then he can save the fee.

So, it means Token that still stated ERC-20 Token cant be stored on it?. Unfortunately, my token many of them still unreputed.
I agree that Token for short-term investment.

Here : https://www.ledgerwallet.com/cryptocurrencies you can get the list of supported crypto currencies by Ledger Nano S.You can store ERC20 tokens on ledger but I think it supports less tokens that MEW.

you can get the more details about the Ledger here : https://support.ledgerwallet.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005304449-Check-the-list-of-cryptocurrencies-and-tokens-supported-by-Ledger-here

You do know on whats ledger nano? it doesn't support any trading since it is a hardware wallet which do store some several erc20 tokens which it supports. There are some coins that can be stored up but not all coins to be store because there are specific coins that it do supports. Erc20 tokens are mostly being traded on Etherdelta or on Idex exchange but for some top erc20 tokens are being traded off on most reputable exchange.

with direct nano s you can trade on dex like etherdelta .
for centralized exchanges you have to make a account there and they will let you to create deposit address for each coin .
for safety enable 2FA .

ledger is best for long term hold coins .

I think it's because of cryptboom everyone want safe storage of their coins/tokens. Effect of this is doubled price of Ledger, but why cost of key don't fall like all marketcap

I think it is better to have two computers: one for trading and another for holding coins. And use linux.

Ledger keeps many ETH addresses. Each of them can be accessed through MEW or MyCrypto. There is a capability to trade at EtherDelta, but only from the main wallet (the first one).
