That'd be a pretty stupid person if you ask me - the minute they click the link in the email to actually order the thing, they will see the updated shipping dates - right on top of the pre-order button to add it to their cart. It's not like they are hiding the date estimates at the bottom of the page in fine print with an asterisk or something next to the order button. I've never been a defender of BFL, and they definitely have f'd up in many ways, but you seem to be grasping at straws here. That said, I have no idea why anyone would pre-order anything from them again.
